体育运动类APP对大学生体育行为影响的研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的不断发展,科技的日益进步,移动互联网发展进入了全民时代,各式各样与运动相关的手机软件层出不穷,与此同时,我国体育产业已步入一个新的黄金期。作为社会新技术、新思想的前沿群体高校大学生,他们是手机互联网络运用的主体,同时也是全民健身产业的未来支柱和坚强后盾,自然会受到体育运动类APP的影响。因此,研究体育运动类APP对大学生体育行为的影响具有重要的现实意义。本研究以大同大学、山西大学、山西财经大学、中北大学、山西师范大学、运城学院这6所山西省的在校大学生为调查对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、对比分析法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法对数据进行了归纳整理,从山西省大学生接触体育运动类APP入手,了解体育运动类APP的特征以及当代大学生获取体育运动类APP的习惯和方式,分析和研究体育运动类APP对大学生显性体育行为和隐性体育行为两个方面的影响。研究结果表明:运动类APP发展势头迅猛,调查大学生中占80.54%都了解体育运动类APP,他们获得的主要传播途径以QQ、微信、微博等社交平台传播,下载体育运动类APP的位于前三名的分别是Keep、悦动圈和咕咚,使用体育运动类APP的目的以计步、卡路里消耗记录和获得运动计划为主;体育运动类APP对山西大学生的显性体育行为的影响主要表现对体育锻炼频率、锻炼时间、锻炼强度、锻炼场地、组织形式以及体育消费方面存在显著影响,对体育项目没有显著性影响;体育运动类APP对隐性体育行为的影响主要表现在对体育需要、体育动机、体育态度存在显著性差异,对体育价值观没有显著性影响。针对体育运动类APP同质化严重、数据统计不准确、广告植入等问题,科研团队应该提高其精准度和科学性,完善增强对用户群体的针对性,使产品内容丰富更加专业化,设计出特色和创新功能;大学生要合理使用体育运动类APP,在体育锻炼方面应该循序渐进,量力而行,根据自身具体情况找到适宜的运动强度和负荷,在体育消费方面,大学生应提高自己对健康投资的认知程度,形成积极的体育消费态度;体育教师通过体育运动类APP的轨迹记录、数据统计和训练计划等功能,可以对大学生进行更加客观的评价,高校可以根据季节或主题活动需要,在体育运动类APP平台上推出适当的活动或比赛,组织学生积极参与到这种具有趣味性的体育锻炼活动当中。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy and the progress of science and technology, the development of the mobile Internet has entered the era of the whole people. At the same time, all kinds of mobile phone software related to sports emerge in endlessly. The sports industry of our country has entered a new golden period. As a group of college students with new social technology and new ideas, they are the main body of mobile Internet application, and also the future pillar and strong backing of the national fitness industry. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the influence of sports APP on college students' sports behavior. This study is based on Datong University, Shanxi University, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Central North University, The college students of Shanxi normal University and Yuncheng University are the objects of investigation. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, comparative analysis, logic analysis and mathematical statistics, the data are summarized and sorted out. Starting with the college students' contact with sports APP in Shanxi province, the characteristics of sports APP and the habits and ways of obtaining sports APP for contemporary college students are understood. This paper analyzes and studies the influence of sports APP on the explicit sports behavior and implicit sports behavior of college students. The results show that the sports APP is developing rapidly. 80.54% of the college students knew about the sports app, and the main ways they got were spread on social platforms such as QQQ, WeChat, Weibo, etc. The main purpose of using sports APP was to calculate steps, record calorie consumption and obtain exercise plan, and the effect of APP on explicit sports behavior of Shanxi college students was mainly related to physical exercise frequency, exercise time and exercise intensity. There is a significant impact on the exercise site, organizational form and sports consumption, but there is no significant impact on sports items. The influence of sports APP on the hidden sports behavior is mainly reflected in sports needs, sports motivation, sports needs, sports motivation, sports activities, sports activities, sports activities, sports activities, sports activities, sports activities. There are significant differences in sports attitude, and there is no significant impact on sports values. In view of the serious homogeneity of sports APP, inaccurate statistics, advertising placement and other problems, scientific research team should improve its accuracy and scientific nature. Perfect and strengthen the pertinence to the user group, make the product rich and professional, design the characteristic and the innovation function; the university student wants to use the sports type APP reasonably, should step by step in the physical exercise aspect, according to the ability, According to their own specific conditions to find the appropriate intensity and load of sports, in sports consumption, college students should improve their health investment cognitive level, and form a positive attitude towards sports consumption; Physical education teachers can make more objective evaluation of college students through the track record, data statistics and training plan of sports APP, and colleges and universities can carry out more objective evaluation according to the needs of seasonal or thematic activities. Appropriate activities or competitions are launched on the sports APP platform, and students are organized to participate in such interesting sports activities.
