基于分项计量的空调系统能耗诊断的实用研究

【摘要】:我国大多数空调系统处于静态设计、病态运行和粗放的管理维护的状态中,致使我国空调系统能耗占据了整个建筑能耗很高的比例,空调系统能耗巨大的问题成为我国城市的一个重要的和棘手的问题。因此空调系统的合理设计、优化运行和高效管理对于城市的能源管理是非常关键的。在空调系统的运行阶段,空调系统的能耗诊断实用研究对于减少现有空调系统的能耗和提高能源使用率起着非常重要的作用。本文从最基本的空调系统Commissioning方法出发,主要对空调系统的能耗诊断具体理念和实用过程方法进行研究。采用建筑能耗模拟手段与组态软件监控手段相结合对一般的空调系统进行能耗诊断。对于最优状态下建筑内空调系统运行能耗采用软件模拟和理论计算的手段,运用正交试验的方法针对同一建筑冷负荷下不同空调系统各个节点不同运行参数组合进行方案研究,探寻出满足空调区室内设计参数并且能耗最低的最优的空调系统运行状态的方案。对于实际状态下空调系统能耗运用监控软件进行监控和数据采集,再对数据做一些合理处理。分项计量空调系统的每一个压缩机、水泵和风机等耗电设备的电功率是关键过程。在这个过程中,首要任务是诊断和验证系统的运行性能(实际状态),得到充足的偏离“理想”和“最优”运行状态的信息。系统的机组压缩机、水泵和风机电功率(实际能耗)分别单独计量。并且,最优状态下运行的数据可以通过模拟或计算得到,实际状态下的能耗数据通过组态监控软件进行收集。这两种数据可以通过能耗偏离度的概念分析,从而对空调系统进行能耗诊断。
[Abstract]:Most air conditioning systems in our country are in the state of static design, sick operation and extensive management and maintenance, which results in a high proportion of energy consumption in the whole building.The problem of huge energy consumption in air-conditioning system has become an important and difficult problem in Chinese cities.Therefore, the rational design, optimal operation and efficient management of air-conditioning system are very important for urban energy management.In the operation stage of air conditioning system, the practical research on energy consumption diagnosis of air conditioning system plays a very important role in reducing the energy consumption of the existing air conditioning system and improving the energy utilization rate.Starting from the most basic Commissioning method of air conditioning system, this paper mainly studies the concrete idea and practical process method of energy consumption diagnosis of air conditioning system.The energy consumption diagnosis of general air conditioning system is carried out by means of building energy consumption simulation and configuration software monitoring.Under the optimal condition, the operation energy consumption of air conditioning system in buildings is simulated by software and calculated theoretically, and the orthogonal test method is used to study the scheme of different nodes and different operation parameters combination of different air conditioning system under the same building cooling load.The optimal operation state of air conditioning system which meets the indoor design parameters and has the lowest energy consumption is explored.The monitoring software is used to monitor and collect the actual energy consumption of air conditioning system, and the data is processed reasonably.The key process is to measure the electrical power of every compressor, pump and fan in the air conditioning system.In this process, the primary task is to diagnose and verify the performance of the system (actual state), and obtain sufficient information deviating from the "ideal" and "optimal" running state.The unit compressor, water pump and fan electric power (actual energy consumption) of the system are measured separately.Moreover, the data in the optimal state can be obtained by simulation or calculation, and the energy consumption data in the actual state can be collected by the configuration monitoring software.The two kinds of data can be used to diagnose the energy consumption of air conditioning system through the conceptual analysis of the deviation of energy consumption.
