深圳市居民低碳出行行为影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,城市化进程日益加快,居民生活水平不断得到提高,日常交通出行需求不断增强。由此带来的城市交通拥堵和环境污染问题也日益突出,导致居民生活环境不断恶化。在此背景下,进行居民低碳出行行为影响因素研究,从而合理引导居民选择低碳出行具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文首先对低碳消费、低碳出行、消费行为理论等相关论题研究进行了梳理;其次,在计划行为理论的基础上,构建了居民低碳出行行为影响因素的概念模型,并提出了相应的研究假设;再次,通过线上线下相结合的问卷调研方式对数据进行采集,运用统计软件SPSS24.0和AMOS24.0对样本进行分析;最后利用结构方程模型对本文提出的各个假设进行检验。研究结果表明:(1)低碳出行行为意向对低碳出行行为存在显著正向作用,而低碳出行知觉行为控制对低碳出行行为的影响并不显著;(2)低碳出行行为态度、低碳出行主观规范以及低碳出行知觉行为控制均对低碳出行行为意向存在显著正向作用;(3)低碳出行个人相对利益和低碳出行社会相对利益均对低碳出行行为态度存在显著正向作用,且低碳出行社会相对利益对低碳出行个人相对利益存在显著正向作用;(4)低碳出行主要参考群体和低碳出行次要参考群体均对低碳出行主观规范存在显著正向作用,且低碳出行次要参考群体对低碳出行主要参考群体存在显著正向作用;(5)低碳出行知识和低碳出行服务水平均对低碳出行知觉行为控制存在显著正向作用。基于以上研究结论,本文提出了引导居民选择低碳出行方式的一些建议。本文的创新点主要集中在以下两个方面:(1)研究视角的创新。与以往研究相比,本研究将低碳出行与计划行为理论相结合,以计划行为理论为出发点,试图从微观层面探究居民低碳出行行为的影响因素。(2)模型构建的创新。在借鉴计划行为理论的基础上,参考其他学者的研究成果,构建拓展的计划行为理论。不仅研究态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制三个主要变量对行为意向和行为的影响,也进一步研究影响态度,主观规范,知觉行为控制的前端因素。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the process of urbanization is accelerating day by day, the standard of living of residents has been continuously improved, and the demand for daily transportation has been increasing. As a result, urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent, leading to the deterioration of the living environment. In this context, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influencing factors of residents' low-carbon travel behavior, so as to reasonably guide residents to choose low-carbon travel. In this paper, first of all, the low-carbon consumption, low-carbon travel, consumer behavior theory and other related topics are combed. Secondly, based on the theory of planned behavior, the conceptual model of the influencing factors of low-carbon travel behavior of residents is established. And put forward the corresponding research hypotheses. Thirdly, the data are collected by the questionnaire survey method, and the statistical software SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 are used to analyze the samples. Finally, the structural equation model is used to test the hypotheses proposed in this paper. The results show that the low carbon travel behavior intention has a significant positive effect on the low carbon travel behavior, while the low carbon trip perception behavior control has no significant effect on the low carbon travel behavior. Subjective norms of low carbon travel and perceived behavior control of low carbon travel have significant positive effects on low carbon travel behavior. (3) the relative interests of individuals in low carbon travel and the relative interests of society in low carbon travel are both positive towards low carbon travel behavior. There is a significant positive effect, And the low carbon travel social relative interest has significant positive effect on the low carbon travel individual relative interest. (4) the low carbon travel main reference group and the low carbon travel secondary reference group have the significant positive effect to the low carbon travel subjective standard. And the low carbon travel secondary reference group has significant positive effect on the low carbon travel main reference group) the low carbon travel knowledge and the low carbon travel service level have the significant positive effect on the low carbon travel perceptual behavior control. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions to guide residents to choose low-carbon travel mode. The innovation of this paper is mainly focused on the following two aspects: 1) the innovation of perspective. Compared with previous studies, this study combines the theory of low carbon travel with the theory of planned behavior, and attempts to explore the innovation of the model construction from the micro level of the influencing factors of low carbon travel behavior. On the basis of drawing lessons from the theory of planning behavior and referring to the research results of other scholars, this paper constructs the theory of extended plan behavior. It not only studies the influence of attitude, subjective norm and perceptual behavior control on behavior intention and behavior, but also studies the front-end factors of attitude, subjective norm and perceptual behavior control.
