漳州市食品工业效率研究

【摘要】：漳州市作为“中国食品名城”,其食品工业是漳州市企业数最多、总产值规模最大的产业,是漳州市目前唯一一个产值上千亿元的产业。漳州市食品工业的发展水平制约着漳州市经济的发展,影响着漳州市农副产品等行业的发展、影响着农村的经济和农民的生活水平。然而,漳州市食品工业的发展更多是总量规模上的不断增加,而较少依靠经营效率上的进步来促进发展和质量的提升。可见,对漳州市食品工业效率的研究,是一个重要而紧迫的任务。本研究应用统计分析和数据包络分析方法(DEA)对近些年来漳州市统计年鉴统计数据进行分析,分析漳州市食品工业的发展现状,研究漳州市食品工业效率,为漳州市食品工业经营效率的提高和政府制定漳州市食品工业发展规划提供重要依据。通过对2013年-2015年漳州市食品工业经营现状进行统计分析,得出漳州市食品工业总体呈现着行业规模不断扩大、规模以上工业总产值和增加值增长迅速、盈利情况略有好转和行业投资继续增长等几个特点,但同时也存在着资本和劳动密集度继续提升、成本费用中销售成本费用占比增加、研发投入仍然较低、高新技术企业数少等问题,需通过对漳州市食品工业效率研究来提升食品工业产业。基于2012年-2015年四年的统计数据,运用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对漳州市食品工业经营效率研究得出,漳州市食品工业发展总体成效显著,但县区间食品工业的生产经营状态不平衡,需要提高技术效率,优化配置生产要素,调整经营规模来提升综合技术效率。基于以上几个方面的分析研究,提出漳州市食品工业需加大技术创新投入,推动智能发展,培育行业龙头企业,优化食品产业结构,创新人才政策等来提升效率。
[Abstract]:As a famous food city in China, Zhangzhou City has the largest number of enterprises and the largest total output value. It is the only industry in Zhangzhou City with a production value of 100 billion yuan at present. The development level of food industry in Zhangzhou City restricts the economic development of Zhangzhou City, affects the development of agriculture and sideline products in Zhangzhou City, and affects the rural economy and the living standards of farmers. However, the development of the food industry in Zhangzhou is mainly due to the continuous increase in the scale of the total amount, and less depends on the progress of the management efficiency to promote the development and the improvement of the quality. Visible, to Zhangzhou city food industry efficiency research, is an important and urgent task. In this study, statistical analysis and data envelopment analysis were used to analyze the statistical data of Zhangzhou City Statistical Yearbook in recent years, to analyze the current situation of food industry development in Zhangzhou City, and to study the food industry efficiency in Zhangzhou City. It provides an important basis for improving the efficiency of food industry management in Zhangzhou City and making the development plan of food industry in Zhangzhou City. Through the statistical analysis of the current situation of food industry management in Zhangzhou City from 2013 to 2015, it is concluded that the food industry in Zhangzhou City has a growing industry scale, and the gross output value and added value of the industry above the scale increase rapidly. The profit situation has improved slightly and the industry investment has continued to grow, but at the same time, there is also a continued increase in capital and labor intensity. Sales costs account for an increasing proportion of cost costs, while R & D investment is still relatively low. It is necessary to improve the food industry by studying the efficiency of food industry in Zhangzhou City. Based on the statistical data of four years from 2012 to 2015, using the method of data Envelopment Analysis (DEAA) to study the operating efficiency of food industry in Zhangzhou City, it is concluded that the overall development of food industry in Zhangzhou City has achieved remarkable results, but the state of production and management of food industry in the county is not balanced. It is necessary to improve the technical efficiency, optimize the allocation of production factors and adjust the scale of operation to improve the comprehensive technical efficiency. Based on the above analysis and research, it is pointed out that the food industry in Zhangzhou should increase the input of technological innovation, promote the intelligent development, cultivate the leading enterprises in the industry, optimize the structure of the food industry, and innovate the talent policy to improve the efficiency.
