南平市休闲农业产业集聚度测量及影响因素分析

【摘要】:近年来,休闲农业作为一种具有竞争优势的新型农业生产经营形态,慢慢发生改变和进步,转变成旅游业和农业旅游相互融合的经济常态,吸引了有关部门和社会群众的众多注意力。在经济全球化速度不断提升之后,但凡存在一定竞争优势的产业都是倾向于进行区域聚集以实现规模化发展。根据以上背景,本文在梳理分析与休闲农业产业及其产业集聚有关的一些理论的基础上,借用旅游及制造业常用的一些研究方法,采用区位熵测量南平地区休闲农业产业集聚度。本文试从时间和空间两个维度出发,对南平市休闲农业产业集聚度及相关影响因素的影响程度进行分析。首先,梳理产业集聚的内涵、特征及形成动因进行分析,初步建立了有关休闲农业产业集聚问题研究的理论框架。介绍了国外产业集聚的一般途径,对我国休闲农业产业集聚的发展有一定的借鉴作用;其次,运用区位熵法对2009-2015年南平市10个地区的休闲农业产业集聚程度进行了测度,并对测度结果展开空间层面的统计分析。然后选择市场规模、休闲农业收入、交通条件以及农业资源4个方面的5项指标建立影响休闲农业产业集聚的指标体系。对我国休闲农业产业集聚程度和指标进行了全局和局域的空间相关性检验。分别设定以2009年为基期、2015年为当期的当期空间计量模型和跨期空间计量模型,运用Matlab2010b软件进行空间计量建模,得出以下结论:城镇居民人口数量在1%水平下显著,城镇居民人口对南平休闲农业产业区位熵的影响显著为负,城镇居民可支配收入在1%水平下显著,城镇居民可支配收入对南平休闲农业产业区位熵的影响显著为正,南平休闲农业产业区位熵在1%水平下显著,休闲农业旅游收入与南平休闲农业产业区位熵两个要素之间呈显著负相关关系,农林牧渔总产值在5%水平下显著,农林牧渔总产值对南平休闲农业产业区位熵的影响显著为负,公路密度网的估计系数在10%水平下也不显著,公路网密度对南平休闲农业产业区位熵的影响不显著;Spat.aut的估计系数在10%水平下显著,说明影响南平休闲农业产业区位熵的其他因素在空间上存在显著的负的溢出效应。最后根据结论对南平休闲农业产业集聚的发展提出了如下几点的政策建议:1、旅游产品创新开发思路、2县市旅游产品创新定位,注重行业监管与引导,完善数据统计工作3、强化管理和人员培养提4、加大资金扶持力度、5优化休闲农业集聚发展的环境。本文旨在为南平市休闲农业的发展提供一定的建议及发展方向,为南平地区休闲农业的发展提供理论依据,从而促使南平休闲农业更好更快的发展,并带动南平的经济发展。休闲农产业集聚的定性及定量研究体系的形成提供一定的基础,也试图为休闲农业产业集聚理论的丰富和发展做出一定的贡献,对休闲农业产业集聚的理论研究和方法研究体系的形成具有一定的理论价值和参考意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as a new type of agricultural production and management with competitive advantages, leisure agriculture has gradually changed and progresses, and has changed into the economic normality of the integration of tourism and agricultural tourism. It has attracted the attention of the relevant departments and the social masses. According to the above background, based on the above background, this paper, on the basis of combing and analyzing some theories related to the leisure agricultural industry and industrial agglomeration, uses some research methods commonly used in tourism and manufacturing to measure the industrial agglomeration degree of leisure agriculture in Nanping region by using the region entropy. This paper, starting from two dimensions of time and space, analyzes the degree of agglomeration of leisure agriculture industry in Nanping and the influence factors of related factors. First, it analyzes the connotation, characteristics and motivation of industrial agglomeration, and initially establishes a theoretical framework for the study of the agglomeration of leisure agriculture industry. The general approach of agglomeration has a certain reference to the development of leisure agricultural industry agglomeration in China. Secondly, it uses the location entropy method to measure the agglomeration degree of leisure agriculture industry in 10 areas of Nanping in 2009-2015 years, and analyzes the statistical analysis of the measurement results in space level. Then, we choose the market scale, the income of leisure agriculture and exchange the income of leisure agriculture. The index system which affects the agglomeration of leisure agriculture industry is established through 5 indexes of 4 aspects of agricultural resources. The global and local spatial correlation tests are carried out on the degree and index of the industrial agglomeration of leisure agriculture in China. The spatial measurement model and the span space measurement model are set up in 2009 as the base period and the 2015 as the current period respectively. Model of spatial measurement by Matlab2010b software, the following conclusions are drawn: the population number of urban residents is significant at 1% level. The influence of urban residents' population on the location entropy of Nanping leisure agriculture industry is significantly negative, the disposable income of urban residents is significant at 1% level, and the disposable income of urban residents is on the leisure agricultural industrial area of Nanping. The location entropy of the Nanping leisure agriculture industry has a significant negative correlation with the two elements of the location entropy of the leisure agricultural industry in Nanping, and the total output value of agricultural and forestry and herding and fishing is significant in the 5% level. The total output value of agroforestry and herding and fishing industry has a significant influence on the location entropy of the leisure agricultural industry in Nanping. The estimation coefficient of road density network is not significant at 10% level, and the influence of highway network density on the location entropy of Nanping leisure agriculture industry is not significant; the estimation coefficient of Spat.aut is significant at 10% level, indicating that other factors affecting the location entropy of Nanping leisure agriculture industry have significant negative spillover effect on the space. Finally, it is based on the negative effect. Conclusion the following policy suggestions are put forward on the development of Nanping leisure agricultural industry cluster: 1, the ideas of tourism product innovation and development, the innovation and orientation of tourism products in 2 counties and cities, the supervision and guidance of the industry, the improvement of the data statistics work 3, the strengthening of management and personnel training 4, the support of large funds, and the 5 optimization of the development of leisure agricultural agglomeration. The purpose of this article is to provide some suggestions and development direction for the development of leisure agriculture in Nanping, provide a theoretical basis for the development of leisure agriculture in Nanping, thus promote the better and faster development of leisure agriculture in Nanping, and promote the economic development of Nanping. The foundation is also trying to make some contribution to the enrichment and development of the theory of leisure agricultural industry agglomeration. It has a certain theoretical value and reference significance for the formation of theoretical research and method research system of leisure agricultural industry agglomeration.
