我国进口技术复杂度的特点及其影响因素

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,并且在全球价值链中的地位不断提升,我国越来越重视优化贸易结构,学术界不仅关注着进口规模的扩大,更加重视进口商品的技术结构问题,对此,文章测算了我国进口技术复杂度并分析其变化趋势,深刻剖析了我国进口商品的技术结构。文章基于Hausmann(2005)及Rodrik(2006)进口技术复杂度的测量方法,采用了UNComtrade数据库的37个国家的HS六位码的进出口贸易数据,借鉴戴翔等(2011)的产品分类方法,采用了 Lall(2006)所提出的根据技术结构进行产品分类的方法,将全部产品按技术层面分为四大类,即资源类初级产品、低技术密集型产品、中技术密集型产品和高技术密集型产品。对我国1995-2014年间的进口技术复杂度进行了测算及变化趋势分析,并且与具有代表性的发达国家和发展中国家进行了跨国比较,结果显示,我国的进口技术复杂度变化整体呈上升的趋势,并且我国的中高技术密集型产品进口份额较高。在研究我国进口技术复杂度的影响因素时,基于已有的理论基础上,对1995-2014年间的相关数据进行了实证分析,通过灰色关联分析和基于VECM模型的时间序列分析两种方法对引入的实际国民收入、中国知识产权保护等因素对我国进口技术复杂度的影响进行了深入分析。结果显示:研发投入、实际国民收入、固定资产投资、外商直接投资以及出口贸易与我国进口技术复杂度的关联度比较高。实际国民收入和出口贸易发展水平对进口产品技术复杂度起到正向促进作用;而固定资产投资程度、研发投入及外商直接投资对进口技术复杂度起到抑制作用。我国进口技术复杂度的主要推动因素是实际国民收入、固定资产投资程度、研发投入、出口贸易和外商直接投资。中国知识产权保护力度IPR统计不显著,可能是由于我国对知识产权的保护力度不够造成的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the level of economic development in China, and the status in the global value chain, China pays more and more attention to the optimization of trade structure, the academic community not only pays attention to the expansion of import scale. More attention is paid to the technical structure of imported commodities. In this paper, the complexity of import technology in China is calculated and its changing trend is analyzed, and the technical structure of imported goods in China is deeply analyzed. Based on Hausmann (2005) and Rodrik (2006) import technology complexity measurement method, this paper adopts the import and export trade data of HS six-digit codes of 37 countries in UNComtrade database, and draws lessons from the product classification method of Dai Xiang et al. (2011). The method of product classification according to technology structure proposed by Lall (2006) is adopted. All products are divided into four categories according to technical level, namely, resource primary product, low technology intensive product, medium technology intensive product and high technology intensive product. The complexity of import technology in China from 1995 to 2014 is measured and analyzed, and compared with the representative developed and developing countries, the results show that, The complexity of import technology in China is on the rise, and the import share of medium and high technology intensive products in China is relatively high. On the basis of the existing theories, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the relevant data from 1995 to 2014 when studying the factors affecting the complexity of import technology in China. In this paper, grey correlation analysis and time series analysis based on VECM model are used to analyze the influence of the actual national income and intellectual property protection on the complexity of import technology in China. The results show that R & D investment, real national income, fixed asset investment, foreign direct investment and export trade are highly correlated with the complexity of China's import technology. The actual national income and export trade development level play a positive role in promoting the technical complexity of imported products, while the degree of investment in fixed assets, R & D investment and foreign direct investment can inhibit the complexity of import technology. The main driving factors of Chinese import technology complexity are real national income, investment degree of fixed assets, R & D investment, export trade and foreign direct investment. IPR statistics are not significant in China, which may be due to the lack of IPR protection in China.
