合作学习法在铅球教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:自改革开放以来,我国在经济、政治、文化等各方面都取得了飞速的发展。社会的进步,对体育人才的需求也有了新的变化,即不仅需要学生掌握知识与技能,还要培养合作意识等非认知能力的发展;但是,在体育课堂教学中,学生的学习也存在着一些客观的问题,那就是学生以实现个人目标为主,同伴之间缺乏良好的合作与互动,不仅不利于学生掌握良好的知识与技能,也不利于学生合作意识等非认知能力的提高;同时,新课程标准改革使一些传统的体育运动项目如田径、体操等课程的课时量大大减少,学时少而学量大,体育教师普遍感到不适应。为了解决这些问题,特提出“合作学习法”,是将学生合理分为4-6人的学习小组,明确小组学习目标,通过教师的“授合作学习内容、授合作学习要求”的教学步骤,学生之间的“及时观察、及时反馈、及时改进、交换练习”的合作形式,优化评价标准和评价手段,促使每一个学生在知识、技能与非认知方面都得到尽可能的发展。本文选取北京体育大学教学学院2015级本科生为实验对象,并随机分为实验组和对照组,将“合作学习法”应用于铅球教学中,进行16学时的教学实验,并通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、录像解析法、数理统计法等对实验结果进行分析。得出以下结论:1.在铅球教学中应用合作学习法,能有效改善学生推铅球的出手速度,减少最后用力等技术环节所用的时间,加快学生对铅球技能的掌握,可以提高学习效率。2.在铅球教学中应用合作学习法,能有效提高班级的整体技术水平,获得较高的技评成绩,在整个班级中,有超过90%的技评成绩主要集中在优秀(90-100分)和良好(80-89分)两个阶段,而中等及以下人数的比例较小。3.在铅球教学中应用合作学习法,能有效能促进学生的学习动机、合作意识等非认知品质的发展,顺应了社会发展对人才的需要。4.在铅球教学中应用合作学习法,能够创造和谐、融洽与宽松的学习氛围,加快学生对掌握铅球知识与技能的掌握,并形成良好的人际关系。能被大多数学生认可,故认为合作学习法在铅球教学中能取得较好的教学效果。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has made rapid development in economy, politics, culture and so on. With the progress of society, the demand for sports talents has also changed, that is, not only students need to master knowledge and skills, but also the development of non-cognitive ability, such as cultivating the consciousness of cooperation. However, in the physical education classroom teaching, There are also some objective problems in students' learning, that is, the students focus on achieving their personal goals and lack of good cooperation and interaction among their peers, which is not conducive to the students' mastery of good knowledge and skills. At the same time, the reform of new curriculum standards has greatly reduced the number of class hours in some traditional sports such as track and field, gymnastics and so on. Physical education teachers generally feel unfit. In order to solve these problems, we put forward the "cooperative learning method", which is the teaching step of dividing the students into 4-6 students' study groups, defining the group learning goals, and teaching the teachers'"teaching cooperative learning content, teaching cooperative learning requirements". The cooperative form of "timely observation, timely feedback, timely improvement and exchange of exercises" between students, optimizes evaluation criteria and means, and promotes every student to develop as much as possible in knowledge, skills and non-cognition. In this paper, 2015 undergraduate students of Beijing physical Education University were selected as experimental objects, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The "cooperative learning method" was applied to shot put teaching, and 16 hours of teaching experiment was carried out, and the method of literature was used. The results are analyzed by expert interview, questionnaire, teaching experiment, video analysis, mathematical statistics and so on. Draw the following conclusion: 1. The application of cooperative learning method in shot teaching can effectively improve the shooting speed of students, reduce the time used in technical links such as final exertion, speed up the students' mastery of shot put skills, and improve the learning efficiency. The application of cooperative learning method in shot put teaching can effectively improve the overall technical level of the class and obtain higher technical evaluation results. In the whole class, more than 90% of the technical evaluation results are mainly concentrated in two stages: excellent (90-100) and good (80-89). The proportion of the average and below is smaller. The application of cooperative learning method in shot put teaching can effectively promote the development of students' learning motivation, cooperative consciousness and other non-cognitive qualities, which conforms to the need of social development for talents. The application of cooperative learning method in shot teaching can create harmonious, harmonious and relaxed learning atmosphere, accelerate students' mastery of shot put knowledge and skills, and form good interpersonal relationship. It can be recognized by most students, so it is considered that cooperative learning method can achieve better teaching effect in shot put teaching.
