某制造企业制造业产品数据管理系统设计

【摘要】：在当今的时代,全球都进入了信息化的市场经济时代,市场格局的变化速度相对于以前也有了爆炸式的增长,当前企业也面临着越来越大的市场竞争的压力,先进的信息化手段也越来越在企业当中普及。制造业为主的企业如果坚持使用传统的产品制造流程,则会大大削弱企业竞争力,如果使用先进的信息化技术手段,则可以在产品设计的开发时间,生产流程的优化,成本控制等环节进行提升。优秀的信息化管理手段,无论是对流程式还是离散式的制造企业,抑或是单件小批量生产或重复大量生产标准产品的管理上,都将起到提升效率、服务、智能等方方面面的作用。针对这些方面的优势,基于本企业的实际情况设计,开发了一个制造业PDM(Production Data Management)产品数据管理系统。PDM系统是基于分布式网络以及数据库管理技术,开发出来的一个信息平台。对操作人员、操作流程、仪表设备、产品参数、产品性能记录等等方面进行管理,通过对产品的性能数据进行统计分析,并对生产流程进行控制,以实现制造企业产品数据的监控、追踪、记录和管理。严格控制生产相关的所有流程的同时,提高产品的生产效率,最终达到提高企业收益的最终目标。当前企业实际采用的是手工录入及部分系统收集数据的方式,并且由于企业建有多处工厂,数据并不能进行共享,如需查询需要手动进行操作,因此设计了本PDM系统,主要集中于系统架构设计、各部门模块设计、数据分析模块、统计报表功能、实时流程管控、ERP集成接口、多领域数据同步等主要环节的难点攻克,从而解决整个产品数据管理系统周期长、数据多、难度大、环节流程复杂等因素进行信息标准化的设计与实施。
