远程集中计量监控中心软件的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着计算机科学技术、信息技术以及自动控制技术等学科日新月异的发展,并不断的应用于实际生产中,节省了大量的人力、物力,极大的促进了生产力的发展,创造了巨大的社会效益和经济效益。一个企业的自动化、智能化及信息化水平代表着这个企业的生产效率及竞争力。钢铁工业是国民经济的重要基础产业,随着钢铁行业工业化和信息化相互促进,融合程度不断加深,无人值守远程计量是每个钢铁厂的必然趋势。 传统的钢铁厂主要是靠计量员在磅房现场进行计量,每个计量点都需要二十四小时轮着上班,现场物资计量不仅点分散,而且工作环境差,不利于集中管理和监督,而且计量过程中也易产生人为误差和失误。以上诸多原因,使得计量人员多但工作效率低,并存在计量作弊隐患。现代化钢铁铁厂实现无人值守远程计量系统后,无需工作人员到现场操作,改变了以前一个秤房至少需要两人值守的情况,节省了大量的人力资源。司秤人员集中在计量监控中心操作,一人监控一台或多台磅秤,工作连续性大大增强,工作效率明显提高。本系统运行后,降低了运输成本和生产成本,杜绝了计量作弊现象,减少了计量异议。同时,在有效避免经济损失的同时,使钢铁厂的物流效率得到极大提高。 远程计量系统包括终端秤房和监控中心两部分,终端主要完成车辆位置检测和信息自动识别,监控中心主要完成远程计量、视频监控、数据管理及查询等工作。监控中心完成计量后,把车辆信息及重量信息存入数据库,并通过网络与企业数据库相连,,企业有权限的各部门均可通过企业网查询计量信息、业务统计及报表。监控中心涉及的技术有计算机技术、数据库技术、网络通信、图像处理技术等。 该系统已经在湖南华菱涟钢集团使用,进一步完善了原来的防作弊功能,大大提高了计量系统的安全性,推动了国内计量数据管理的水平向先进靠近。本系统的成功运行,标志着湖南华菱涟钢集团告别了原来沿用数十年的传统的计量方法,实现从原料采购、产品生产到销售整个过程的计量的自动化、网络化和信息化,使湖南华菱涟钢集团的计量管理水平上了一个新的台阶。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer science and technology, information technology, automatic control technology and other disciplines, and continue to be used in practical production, saving a lot of manpower, material resources, greatly promote the development of productive forces. Created huge social and economic benefits. The automation, intelligence and information level of an enterprise represent the production efficiency and competitiveness of this enterprise. Iron and steel industry is an important basic industry of national economy. With the mutual promotion of industrialization and information of iron and steel industry, the degree of integration is deepening, and the unattended remote measurement is the inevitable trend of every steel plant. The traditional steel mills mainly rely on the metering staff to measure at the site of the pound room. Each measuring point needs 24 hours to turn to work. The material measurement on the spot is not only scattered, but also the working environment is poor, which is not conducive to centralized management and supervision. And the measurement process is also prone to human error and error. Many reasons above make metrology personnel more but work efficiency low, and there are hidden trouble of metering cheating. After the modern iron and steel factory realizes the unmanned remote metering system, it does not need the staff to operate on the spot, which changes the situation that a Libra room needs at least two people to be on duty before, and saves a lot of human resources. The staff of the scale are concentrated in the operation of the metrological monitoring center, one person monitors one or more scales, the continuity of work is greatly enhanced, and the working efficiency is obviously improved. After the operation of the system, the cost of transportation and production is reduced, the phenomenon of cheating in measurement is eliminated, and the objection of measurement is reduced. At the same time, the logistics efficiency of iron and steel plant is greatly improved while avoiding economic loss effectively. The remote measurement system consists of the terminal Libra room and the monitoring center. The terminal mainly completes the vehicle position detection and information automatic identification. The monitoring center mainly completes the remote measurement, video monitoring, data management and query. After the monitoring center completes the measurement, the vehicle information and the weight information are stored in the database, and connected with the enterprise database through the network. Each department with authority of the enterprise can inquire the measurement information, the business statistics and the report form through the enterprise network. The monitoring center involves computer technology, database technology, network communication, image processing technology and so on. The system has been used in Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group, which has further improved the original anti-cheating function, greatly improved the safety of the measurement system, and pushed the level of domestic measurement data management closer to the advanced level. The successful operation of this system marks that Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group has bid farewell to the traditional metrological methods used in the past decades, and realized the automation, networking and informatization of the whole process from raw material procurement, product production to sales. The measurement management level of Hunan Valin Lianyuan Steel Group has been raised to a new level.
