河北省民办高职院校教师组织承诺提升研究
[Abstract]:With the increase of the number of non-governmental higher vocational colleges in Hebei province, the competition in the education market is becoming more and more fierce, with a stable and high-quality teaching staff, which is the foundation of the survival and development of the non-governmental higher vocational colleges. It is also one of the important conditions for determining the teaching level of the private higher vocational colleges. The teacher's organizational commitment level has a direct impact on the stability of the teaching staff. However, the current situation of the teachers in the private higher vocational colleges in Hebei province is frequent, the level of the commitment of the teachers is lower and the development of the private higher vocational colleges is seriously restricted, and the slow development of the school will lead to the increase of the teacher's current rate and form a vicious circle. Therefore, to probe into the problems existing in the commitment of the teachers' organizations in the private higher vocational colleges, and to find the corresponding solutions, to improve the level of the teachers' organizational commitment, to promote the stability of the teachers in the private higher vocational colleges and to promote the long-term development of the school. In this study, four teachers of the non-governmental higher vocational colleges in Hebei province were selected to carry out the questionnaire. The questionnaire was used to measure the level of the organization's commitment to the four schools, and the survey data was statistically analyzed and the problem of lower scores was selected to carry out an in-depth interview with the school teachers. Through the investigation, it is found that the level of commitment of the non-governmental higher vocational colleges is low, and the problems existing in the organizational commitment are set forth in five dimensions from the emotional commitment, the normative commitment, the economic commitment, the ideal commitment, the opportunity commitment and the five dimensions, respectively. The influence of personal factors and organizational factors on the level of the commitment of the teachers is also analyzed. Based on the existing literature analysis and the teacher interview, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the organization commitment level of the non-governmental higher vocational colleges, based on the analysis of the existing literature and the interview with the teachers. The method mainly comprises the following aspects:1, strengthening the support of the organization and improving the emotional commitment;2, improving the performance evaluation system and improving the normative commitment; and 3, improving the compensation and welfare treatment and improving the economic commitment; and 4, establishing a good vocational channel and a training mechanism, Promote the ideal and opportunity commitment.
