基于动态能力的地方产业网络演进：理论与实证研究

【摘要】： 产业网络是由产业内部或相关产业间各经济主体结合而形成的网络体系。地方产业网络的蓬勃发展对推动地方以及我国经济持续增长发挥了巨大作用,但也暴露出了诸如产业附加值偏低、国际竞争力不强等问题。如何增强我国地方产业网络的动态能力、提升国际竞争力是当前各学者普遍关注的问题。本文试图通过对我国地方产业网络演进的影响因素、内在机制和演进效应研究,从分析企业和网络动态能力的变化来探讨这些问题,探索实现我国地方产业网络升级、增强竞争力的途径。在理论研究部分,本文以企业为研究对象,运用动态能力理论、企业成长理论、自组织理论以及演化博弈分析方法对产业网络演进的行为主体、产业网络研究维度、产业网络演进的影响因素、内在机制和演进效应进行了分析。产业网络各行为主体之间表现为契约关系、竞争与合作关系、信任关系。从动态能力视角分析,产业网络演进表现为微观维度的企业动态能力演进和宏观维度的网络动态能力演进,产业网络演进是微观维度和宏观维度共同演进的结果。产业网络演进受企业主观动机和客观因素的影响,企业主观动机表现为对网络控制权的追逐,客观因素表现为环境因素和企业的资源水平。企业行为揭示了产业网络演进的内在机制,在竞争与合作行为的作用下,产业网络不断发生演进。演化博弈分析结果显示,产业网络在竞争与合作行为作用下可能变得更加稳定,也可能变得很不稳定。产业网络演进与企业成长是相伴随的,随着企业成长,网络动态能力和企业动态能力会得到提升。在理论分析的基础上,本文提出了地方产业网络演进的影响因素、演进的内在机制以及演进效应的三个假说。在实证研究部分,利用东莞IT产业网络调查问卷数据对研究假说进行了验证,并得到以下结论:第一,主观动机和客观因素会影响地方产业网络演进。其中,企业网络控制权的追逐对产业网络的资源获取能力、资源配置能力、企业环境洞察能力、企业组织柔性与变革更新能力、企业研发能力均有显著正向影响,对网络的资源整合能力没有显著影响;企业资源水平对网络的资源整合能力、企业环境洞察能力、企业研发能力有显著正向影响;环境因素对网络的资源获取能力、资源配置能力、资源整合能力均有显著正向影响。第二,企业互动行为引起地方产业网络不断演进。具体来说,竞争行为对企业动态能力和网络动态能力均具有显著正相关关系;合作行为在网络动态能力演进的作用机理中,对网络的资源获取能力和资源配置能力有显著正相关关系,对网络的资源整合能力则没有显著相关关系;合作行为在企业动态能力演进的作用机理中,对企业组织柔性与更新能力、研发能力有显著正相关关系,对环境洞察能力则没有显著相关关系。第三,网络动态能力和企业动态能力总体上会随着企业成长得到提升。其中,网络的资源获取能力与资源整合能力、企业的环境洞察能力随着企业的成长表现出了显著变化,而网络的资源配置能力、组织柔性与变革更新能力、研发能力的变化趋势未得到验证。第四,东莞IT产业网络整体演进不显著,说明东莞IT企业动态能力不强,IT产业网络没有实现向高端道路的方向迈进,尚不具有很强的国际竞争优势。
[Abstract]:Industrial network is a kind of network system formed by the combination of the industrial interior or the relevant industries . The development of local industry network plays a great role in the promotion of the local industry network and the economic growth of our country . How to enhance the dynamic capability of local industry network in our country and enhance the international competitiveness are the problems that the current scholars pay attention to . In this paper , we try to explore these problems by analyzing the influence factors , internal mechanism and evolution effect of local industry network evolution in our country , and explore the ways to realize the upgrading and competitiveness of local industry network in our country . In the theory research part , this article takes the enterprise as the research object , uses the dynamic capability theory , the enterprise growth theory , the self - organization theory and the evolutionary game analysis method to analyze the evolution of the industrial network , the research dimension of the industry network , the influence factors of the industrial network evolution , the intrinsic mechanism and the evolution effect . On the basis of theory analysis , this paper puts forward three hypothesis of the influence factors , the inner mechanism and the evolution effect of local industry network evolution . In the empirical research part , the author uses the Dongguan IT industry network questionnaire data to validate the research hypothesis .
