用户网络对双边平台市场竞争的影响机理研究

【摘要】:引入复杂网络方法,对发表在《Strategic Management》上的平台市场演化模型进行扩展,构建包含用户网络作用的双边平台市场动态竞争模型,结果表明:(1)用户群体的潮流和口碑效应强度越高,越有利于质量相对较高的平台获得更多市场份额;(2)平台用户网络的度分布特征改变了交叉网络效应强度、平台相对质量和消费者预期等因素发挥决定性作用的临界条件;(3)平台用户网络对竞争过程的作用机理表现为改变微观用户的邻居的决策和改变微观用户面临的反馈强度;(4)启动阶段的用户基础和用户网络密度对平台竞争结果的作用效果受到用户网络的度分布特征影响。
[Abstract]:By introducing the complex network method, the platform market evolution model published in "Strategic Management" is extended, and a bilateral platform market dynamic competition model including the role of user network is constructed. The results show that the higher the intensity of the trend and the word-of-mouth effect of the user group is, The more favorable it is for the platform with relatively high quality to gain more market share, the more the degree distribution characteristics of the platform user network change the intensity of the cross-network effect. Critical conditions for determining factors such as platform relative quality and consumer expectations. The effect of user base and user network density on platform competition results is affected by the degree distribution of user network.
