【摘要】：优素福.哈斯.哈吉甫留下的世界性作品《福乐智慧》是维吾尔族的古典文学的杰出代表作品,也是维吾尔族经济,政治,宗教,文化的榜样。《福乐智慧》不仅是维吾尔族的宝贵遗产,也是祖国文化历史的宝贵财富的重要组成部分。《福乐智慧》问世于喀喇汗王朝时期(公元1069-1070),这一时期喀喇汗王朝虽然充满着持续的内部争权夺利和外部的征战,但是社会经济处于繁荣发展的盛期,从社会生产力及生产方式发展上看,是以维吾尔人为主体的狭义突厥人的经济制度与生活方式的重大转型时期,本文所研究的《福乐智慧》经济思想深刻受到这个时候的经济状况的影响。本文首先介绍《福乐智慧》的经济思想概况,对《福乐智慧》的各种经济思想做总体概述,并从中归纳出其经济思想的主要特点。然后,针对体现作品经济思想特点的几种重要思想进行理论性分析,而且研究《福乐智慧》中作者提出的各种经济措施;进一步分析作者所提出的财政管理方面的经济思想。本文结构分七个内容:第一,导论。在这部分描述了本论文的选题意义,研究目的、国内研究,国外研究回顾、研究内容和方法以及论文的创新之处和不足之处等内容。第二,研究《福乐智慧》的基本情况,也就是作者优素福.哈斯.哈吉甫的生平,《福乐智慧》的基本内容,《福乐智慧》的思想渊源等内容。第三,阐述《福乐智慧》经济思想概说,内容包括对《福乐智慧》经济思想的认识,《福乐智慧》经济思想的背景,《福乐智慧》经济思想体系与经济思想特色等内容。第四,详细地描述了《福乐智慧》中体现的财富思想。着重探讨《福乐智慧》中的财富观,也就是金银是财富,奴隶是财富和知识是财富等等。还有阐述了《福乐智慧》中当时的获取财富,创造财富之路。第五,研究《福乐智慧》中的重商思想,重点谈论重商思想的具体表现,进一步讨论对商人与商业的认识,商人具备的素质,反对高利贷与支持合法借贷等丰富的内容,还有阐述当时重商思想的渊源。第六,阐述了《福乐智慧》中的货币财政思想。对作品当中的财政思想和货币思想进行特别细节地研究,提出了社会福利观,财政管理方面对管理人员提出了的基本要求问题,作者的这些观念在社会经济,市场经济中起借鉴意义。第七,对《福乐智慧》中的劳动观与分配原则进行分析。
[Abstract]:Yusuf Haas Hajifu's worldwide work, "the Wisdom of Fulue," is an outstanding representative of Uygur classical literature and is also an economic, political and religious work of the Uyghur people. The example of culture. "Happiness Wisdom" is not only a valuable heritage of the Uyghur people, It is also an important part of the precious wealth of the culture and history of the motherland. "the Wisdom of Fulele" came out during the Kalahan Dynasty (1069-1070 AD), which was filled with continuous internal power struggles and external wars. But the social economy is in the prosperous period of development. From the point of view of the development of the social productive forces and the mode of production, it is a major transition period of the economic system and life style of the Turkic people in the narrow sense with the Uyghur as the main body. The economic thoughts studied in this paper are deeply influenced by the economic situation at this time. Firstly, this paper introduces the general situation of the economic thoughts of "Fulle Wisdom", and gives a general overview of the various economic thoughts of "Fulle Wisdom". The main characteristics of his economic thoughts are summarized. Then, the author makes a theoretical analysis of several important ideas which embody the characteristics of the economic thoughts of his works, and studies the various economic measures proposed by the author in "File Wisdom". The structure of this paper is divided into seven parts: first, introduction. In this part, the author describes the significance of the topic, the purpose of the research, the domestic research, and the review of foreign research. The contents and methods of the research as well as the innovations and shortcomings of the paper. That is, the life of the author Yusuf Haas Haas Haggi Fu, the basic content of the Wisdom of Happiness, the origin of the thought of the Wisdom of Happiness, and so on. Third, an overview of the economic thought of the Wisdom of Happiness. The contents include the understanding of the economic thought, the background of the economic thought, the system of economic thought and the characteristics of the economic thought. 4th, This paper describes in detail the thought of wealth embodied in "Wealth Wisdom". It focuses on the view of wealth in "Wealth Wisdom", that is, gold and silver are wealth. Slaves are wealth and knowledge is wealth, and so on. It also expounds the way to gain wealth and create wealth in "bliss Wisdom". 5th, study the mercantilism thought in "bliss Wisdom," and focus on the concrete manifestation of mercantilism. To further discuss the understanding of businessmen and commerce, the qualities of businessmen, the opposition to usury and the support of legitimate lending, and to elaborate on the origins of the mercantilist ideas of the time. 6th, This paper expounds the thought of money and finance in "Wealth Wisdom". It makes a special detailed study on the thought of finance and money in the works, and puts forward the basic requirements of social welfare and financial management for managers. These ideas are of great significance in social economy and market economy. 7th. This paper analyzes the labor concept and distribution principle in "the Wisdom of Happiness".
