【摘要】： 本文通过对欧洲的国际项目管理学会IPMA(International Project Management Association)和美国的项目管理学术组织PMI(Project Management Institute)的认证系统进行横向比较，发掘两者在实施项目管理专业资质认证方面的共性和不同点。最终目的是针对我国在项目管理发展方面所处的具体阶段和特殊情况，，寻找一个适合我国项目管理人员认证及培养的、较为优化的认证体系。论文第一、第二章阐述了项目管理及项目管理认证系统的基本理论，并介绍了两种认证系统的发展概况；第三章至第五章分别从两个认证系统的知识体系、考核方式和适应性三个方面入手进行比较研究。论文的最后一章，在分析了我国对项目管理专业人员的培训、教育的现况基础上，提出建立我国项目管理认证系统的基本思路和我国项目管理证书制的建议。其中包括：我国认证系统知识体系的建立、项目管理从业人员资质认证、培训及考试的方法以及加强同国际项目管理组织的交流与合作、多种渠道建立评估专家队伍等。
[Abstract]:This paper compares the certification systems of the European Institute of International Project Management (IPMA(International Project Management Association) and the American academic Organization of Project Management (PMI(Project Management Institute) horizontally, and explores their similarities and differences in the implementation of project management professional qualification certification. The ultimate purpose is to find a more optimized certification system suitable for the certification and training of project managers in our country according to the specific stage and special situation of the development of project management in our country. The first and second chapters explain the basic theory of project management and project management certification system, and introduce the development of the two authentication systems. The assessment method and adaptability are compared and studied in three aspects. In the last chapter, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of training and education of project management professionals in our country, the author puts forward the basic idea of establishing the project management certification system in China and the suggestion of the certificate system of project management in our country. It includes the establishment of the knowledge system of certification system in China, the qualification certification of project management practitioners, the methods of training and examination, the strengthening of communication and cooperation with international project management organizations, and the establishment of expert teams for evaluation through various channels.
