【摘要】：习近平总书记2016年5月17日《在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上的讲话》是繁荣中国哲学社会科学的纲领性文献。在这篇讲话中,习近平总书记多次强调构建中国特色哲学社会科学话语体系的重要性。中国特色社会主义政治经济学是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分,建设中国特色社会主义政治经济学话语体系,以此来凝结改革开放近40年的实践和理论创新成果,具有重要的理论和现实意义。构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学话语体系,主要包括四个方面内容:一是中国特色社会主义政治经济学话语体系要植根于中国改革开放和经济发展的丰厚土壤,系统展示中国特色社会主义发展道路和发展经验,并上升到理论高度;二是系统提炼、归纳改革开放以来党的重要文献和经济学界提出的一系列重大理论创新,形成基本理论命题;三是形成基本的概念和理论假设;四是构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学话语体系需要借鉴现代经济学中的科学成分。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the Symposium on the work of philosophy and Social Sciences on May 17, 2016 is a programmatic document for the prosperity of Chinese philosophy and social sciences. In this speech, General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly stressed the importance of constructing the discourse system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics. The political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has important theoretical and practical significance. The construction of the political economic discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics mainly includes four aspects: first, the political economic discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics should be rooted in the rich soil of China's reform, opening up and economic development. Systematically displaying the development path and experience of socialism with Chinese characteristics and rising to a theoretical height; second, systematically refining and summarizing the important documents of the Party since the reform and opening up and a series of major theoretical innovations put forward by the economic circles. The third is to form the basic concepts and theoretical hypotheses, and the fourth is to construct the discourse system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics, which needs to draw lessons from the scientific elements in modern economics.
