非营利性组织及其基于CORPS模式的经营策略研究

【摘要】： 近年来，，随着市场经济的逐步发展，非营利性组织下在弥补营利性组织和政府部门的不足，成为一个引人关注的领域。非营利性组织的发展对促进整个国民经济的发展与社会稳定，正在发挥越来越重要的作用。本文首先在对非营利性组织进行一般理论研究与分析的基础上，从规模、构成、资金来源等方面对国外非营利性组织进行了比较研究，并分析了我国非营利性组织的发展现状及其存在问题：随后，论文探讨了非营利性组织基于CORPS模式的经营策略，并以鹤童养老院为例进行了案例分析；最后，从如何为非营利性组织创造有利的发展环境出发，探讨了促进非营利性组织良性发展的若干政策、对策建议。本文的目的是从研究非营利性组织经营策略出发，一方面引起理论界对于非营利性组织的重视，加强对其理论研究；另一方面希望能为非营利性组织的经营管理者在激烈的竞争中找到适合组织发展、更好实现组织目标的有效经营策略，同时也希望政府有关部门能密切关注非营利性组织，并为它们的发展创造一个有利的环境。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual development of market economy, the shortage of profit organizations and government departments under non-profit organizations has become a focus area. The development of non-profit organizations is playing a more and more important role in promoting the development of the whole national economy and social stability.
On the basis of the general theoretical research and analysis of non-profit organizations, this paper makes a comparative study of foreign non-profit organizations from the aspects of scale, composition and source of funds, and analyzes the development status and existing problems of non-profit organizations in China. Then, the paper discusses the non profit organization based on the CORPS model. The management strategy, and taking the crane children's nursing home as an example, carried out a case analysis. Finally, from how to create a favorable environment for the non profit organization, this paper probes into some policies and suggestions to promote the benign development of non-profit organizations.
The purpose of this paper is to start from the study of the management strategy of non-profit organizations, on the one hand, to attract the attention of the theorists to non profit organizations and to strengthen their theoretical research. On the other hand, it is hoped that the management of non-profit organizations can find an effective management strategy suitable for organization development and better organizational goals in the fierce competition. At the same time, it also hopes that relevant government departments can pay close attention to non-profit organizations and create a favorable environment for their development.
