经济可持续发展中诸关系的协调问题研究

【摘要】： 经济可持续发展问题是关系人类发展的重要课题。正确认识经济可持续发展的含义以及其中诸关系的状况，并施以有效的协调手段，可以保证经济的正常运行。本文试图从新的角度来研究诸关系的协调问题，为我国的经济建设提供参考。本文在分析上采取了从具体到抽象，从个别到一般的研究方法，，侧重了规范研究，叙述上则采取了历史的与逻辑的方法。论文的第一部分从分析概念入手，对经济可持续发展的形成过程予以图示，肯定了协调的必要性，表明可以从社会、经济两个维度上分析诸关系的协调问题，为进一步的研究指明了方向。第二、三两个部分是文章的重点部分，紧紧围绕论文的主题展开。论文的第二部分研究经济可持续发展中需要协调的关系，分析了社会、经济、环境之间的关系，各产业之间的结构关系，整体上应把握的经济发展与发展环境的关系，以及政府与市场的关系。第三部分在第二部分的基础上指出推动经济可持续发展的三种协调力量，即公众、政府、国际合作的作用。论文的最后一部分，结合我国国情探讨了中国经济可持续发展应协调或注意的问题。论文在探讨了经济的持续发展中的诸关系后，得到的结论是经济可持续发展内涵较广，因此在实际中既要重视社会、环境对经济的作用，又不可偏废经济的可持续性。并且，由于这种发展处于复杂的系统中，要求处理好各种关系。中国作为发展中国家，选择可持续的经济发展道路是明智的做法。
[Abstract]:Sustainable economic development is an important issue related to human development. Correct understanding of the meaning of economic sustainable development and the situation of its various relations and effective coordination means can ensure the normal operation of the economy. This paper attempts to study the coordination of the relations from a new angle, and provides a reference for the economic construction of our country. This paper adopts the research methods from concrete to abstract, from individual to general, focusing on normative research, and historical and logical methods on narration. The first part of the paper starts with the analysis of the concept, and illustrates the forming process of the sustainable development of economy, affirms the necessity of coordination, and indicates that the coordination problem of the relations can be analyzed from the two dimensions of society and economy. It points out the direction for further research. Second, three parts are the focus of the article, closely around the theme of the paper. In the second part of the paper, the author studies the relationship between the society, the economy and the environment, the structure of the industries, and the relationship between the economic development and the development environment, which should be grasped as a whole. And the relationship between the government and the market. On the basis of the second part, the third part points out the role of the public, government and international cooperation in promoting the sustainable development of economy. In the last part of the paper, we discuss the problems that should be coordinated or paid attention to in the sustainable development of Chinese economy combined with the situation of our country. After discussing the relations in the sustainable development of economy, the paper draws the conclusion that the sustainable development of economy has a wide connotation, so it is necessary to attach importance to the role of society and environment to economy in practice, and the sustainability of economy should not be neglected. Moreover, because this kind of development is in the complex system, the request handles each kind of relation well. As a developing country, China is wise to choose the path of sustainable economic development.
