应用型本科经管类专业实践教学质量提升研究——以黄山学院经济管理学院为例

【摘要】：当前经管类本科人才培养与社会(企业)人才需求之间存在结构性矛盾。一方面经管类毕业生就业质量不高,另一方面用人单位(企业)找不到理想的经管类人才。问题的关键是在经管类人才培养过程中对实践教学重视不足。通过解剖黄山学院经济管理学院经管类人才培养过程中实践教学案例,提出了提升经管类专业实践教学质量的四点建议,即完善专业基础性验证实验或实训体系、构建创新性实践教学体系、打造实战性实践教学平台和探索毕业设计"真题实做"。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a structural contradiction between the training of economic and management undergraduate talents and the demand of social (enterprise) talents. On the one hand, the quality of employment of graduates is not high, on the other hand, employers (enterprises) can not find the ideal talent. The key to this problem is the lack of attention to practical teaching in the process of training economic and management talents. Through dissecting the practical teaching cases in the training process of economic and management talents in Huangshan College of Economic Management, this paper puts forward four suggestions to improve the quality of practical teaching of economic management major, that is, to perfect the system of professional basic verification experiment or practical training. Construct innovative practical teaching system, build practical teaching platform and explore graduation design.
