李权时统制经济思想研究

【摘要】：文章主要研究对象是李权时统制经济思想的理论及政策,第一章重点阐述李权时经济思想形成的主要因素,结合当时国内外背景及李权时的个人成长经历,分析他的思想来源,其思想主要受到了孙中山的三民主义及一些西方主要经济学家观点的影响,并试图在这两种思想理论基础上建立中国现代化的经济理论体系。其中在第二节中详细谈到李权时受国内外环境的影响,其思想经历了由自由主义到统制经济的转变,这是其统制经济思想的产生阶段。 第二章介绍李权时统制经济思想的核心理论,包括生产论、劳力价值论、心理条件论以及民生主义思想,同时介绍时人学者的相关看法和评价,一方面体现了李权时个人思想形成的过程,另一方面通过与其他经济思想家的比较研究体现李权时经济思想的特点。 第三、四章是本论文的重点章节也是难点,侧重对李权时统制经济思想内容的研究,包括财政、金融、产业及保险等方面。这部分内容以思想理论为指导,对这一部分的研究更能体现其经济思想的实践价值。这一章会紧密结合南京国民政府同一时期的政策进行对比,分别从经济思想家和当局政府的角度去考察二者针对同一种经济体制在认识方面存在的差异,并试图分析其中的原因,以及李权时经济思想与国民政府之间的关系,同时透析整个统制经济在中国的发展历程以至于在世界范围内的发展渊源,从中总结统制经济这种特殊历史环境下的经济体制给人类经济发展进程带来的启示。
[Abstract]:The main research object of this paper is the theory and policy of Li Quanshi's economic thoughts. The first chapter focuses on the main factors of the formation of Li Quanshi's economic thoughts, and analyzes the source of Li's thoughts according to his background at home and abroad and his personal growth experience at that time. His thoughts are mainly influenced by the three people's principles of Sun Zhongshan and the views of some major western economists, and try to establish the economic theory system of China's modernization on the basis of these two ideas and theories. In the second section, it is discussed in detail that Li Quanshi is influenced by the domestic and foreign environment, and his thought has gone through the transition from liberalism to economic control, which is the stage in which his thought of controlling economy came into being. The second chapter introduces the core theory of Li Quanshi's economic control thought, including production theory, labor value theory, psychological condition theory and people's livelihood theory, and introduces the relevant views and evaluation of scholars of the time, including the theory of production, the theory of labor value, the theory of psychological condition and the thought of people's livelihood. On the one hand, it embodies the process of the formation of Li Quanshi's personal thought, on the other hand, it reflects the characteristics of Li's economic thought through the comparative study with other economic thinkers. Chapter three and four are the key chapters and difficulties of this thesis, which focus on the research of Li Quanshi's economic thoughts, including finance, industry and insurance. This part is guided by the theory of thought, and the study of this part can reflect the practical value of its economic thought. This chapter will be closely combined with the policies of the Nanjing National Government in the same period to compare, respectively from the perspective of economic thinkers and the government authorities to examine the differences in understanding of the same economic system. It also tries to analyze the reasons and the relationship between Li Quanshi's economic thought and the national government, and at the same time to analyze the development process of the whole controlled economy in China and the development origin of the whole world. This paper sums up the enlightenment brought by the economic system under the special historical environment of controlling economy to the process of human economic development.
