【摘要】:默契合谋是一种合作策略性行为,是指寡头垄断厂商以一种纯粹“非合作”的方式进行的合作。具体而言是指这样一种情况:由于寡头垄断行业中所有厂商都意识到他们之间的相互依存性,所以厂商能够仅通过观察(或预期)竞争对手的价格行为来相应调整自己行为。在这种情况下,厂商不需要正式的书面协议,也不需要定期碰面商讨合作,只要双方都遵循一定的战略,在非合作前提下也会出现合作的结果。 在中国现阶段,研究合谋问题的理论意义在于:第一,作为新产业组织理论核心内容之一的合谋理论,尽管在解释合谋机制与市场环境对合谋机制稳定性的影响方面做出了开创性的研究,但仍存在许多尚待探索的问题。例如,对产品差别化与市场透明度对合谋稳定性影响的研究并没有得出一致的结论,而本文试图“通过考察各种分析路径,并在各种正统模型的经验性检验结果中寻找规律性的东西”,得出一般化的结论。第二,从价格战理论上看,中国学者主要从产权、产业结构、产能方面研究了价格战的成因。本文运用以博弈理论为基础的合谋理论,认为价格战是指合谋中部分厂商发生了背叛行为,从而招致合谋集团内部其他厂商的惩罚,并指出产品差别程度过低是导致中国价格战的频繁发生的原因之一。 其现实意义在于:第一,对中国寡头垄断行业中厂商策略的制定有一定的指导作用。第二,对合谋问题的研究,可以指导行业协会的工作,使之利用信息交流、价格领导制等一些促进措施来加大对背叛者的惩罚力度和减少察觉背叛的时滞,加大市场透明度,能够使合谋变得稳定,保持行业自律价的稳定,并且能够避免反垄断的诉讼。最后,可以为公共政策对竞争和效率的权衡提供基础依据。
[Abstract]:Tacit collusion is a kind of cooperative strategic behavior, refers to the oligopoly manufacturers in a purely "non cooperation" mode of cooperation. Specifically refers to such a situation: because all firms in the oligopoly industry are aware of the interdependence between them, so the manufacturer can only through the observation (or expected) price behavior of the competitors to adjust their behavior. In this case, the manufacturer does not need formal written agreement, also do not need to meet regularly to discuss cooperation, as long as both sides follow the strategy, in under the premise of cooperation will also be the result of cooperation.
In China stage, theoretical significance of research on Collusion: first, as a new industrial organization theory is one of the core contents of the conspiracy theory, although in explaining the influence mechanism and market environment of collusion collusion mechanism stability has made groundbreaking research, but there are many unsolved problems. For example, the research on effect of product differentiation and market transparency on Collusion stability did not reach the same conclusion. And this paper attempts to analysis the influences of various paths, and find out the regularity of things "in the empirical test of orthodox model, draw the general conclusion. Second, from the price war theory, scholars mainly Chinese from the property rights, industrial structure, production capacity of the causes of the price war. The article uses the game theory as the foundation of the conspiracy theory, that the price war is accused of conspiring to part of manufacturers The act of betrayal caused the punishment of other manufacturers in the collusion group, and pointed out that the low degree of product difference is one of the reasons for the frequent occurrence of China's price war.
Its practical significance lies in: first, there is a guiding role for manufacturers to making China oligopoly industry strategy. Second, research on collusion problem, can guide the work of industry associations, making the exchange of information, price leadership system and some promoting measures to increase penalties for betrayal and reduce perceived betrayal time delay, increase the transparency of the market, can make the collusion become stable, maintain self-discipline price stability, and can avoid antitrust litigation. Finally, can provide the basis for public policy to balance competition and efficiency.
