江西省经济增长与能源碳排放脱钩关系的实证分析

【摘要】：运用1995—2012年的统计数据,采用IPCC(2006)测算方法估计江西省能源碳排放总量,通过构建能源碳排放与经济增长的脱钩指数模型实证分析江西省能源碳排放与经济增长之间的脱钩关系。研究结果表明,江西省能源碳排放与经济增长存在不稳定的脱钩状态,强脱钩、弱脱钩、扩张负脱钩等状态交替出现,在此基础上,进一步分析江西能源碳排放与经济增长脱钩状态变化的原因并对江西发展低碳经济提出相应的建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical data from 1995 to 2012, the total amount of energy carbon emissions in Jiangxi Province is estimated by using the method of IPCC / 2006. By constructing a decoupling index model of energy carbon emissions and economic growth, the paper empirically analyzes the decoupling relationship between energy carbon emissions and economic growth in Jiangxi Province. Jiangxi energy carbon emissions and economic growth exist unstable decoupling state, strong decoupling, weak decoupling, expansion negative decoupling and other states alternately, on this basis. This paper further analyzes the reasons for the decoupling of energy carbon emissions from economic growth in Jiangxi Province and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the development of low-carbon economy in Jiangxi Province.
