信息化对经济增长的影响研究

【摘要】： 信息化是现代社会发展的趋势,对经济增长具有重要的作用,世界各国纷纷采取措施,加快信息化发展的步伐,推动经济持续健康的增长。因此,探讨信息化与经济增长的关系具有十分重要的现实意义。本文通过对现有文献的分析,发现对信息化与经济增长两者关系的研究中,信息化内涵与特征的认识还有待深化,信息化要素与经济增长之间的关系缺乏分析,两者的定量研究还显得不足,结果难以让人信服。在此基础上展开了本文的研究,在回顾信息化内涵的基础上,总结出信息化三个重要的特征:“快”“广”“深”,并对其进行分析说明。以国家信息化概念所定义的信息化为研究对象,从经济增长理论的角度,分析了信息化各要素与经济增长的关系,发现信息化各要素是经济增长主要源泉,得出一个重要的结论:信息化很大程度上决定着经济增长。对三个生产函数进行比较分析,选择科布-道格拉斯生产函数建立信息化与经济增长的数量模型。对国家公布2000年的信息化指数进行分析,发现信息化各要素和各地区之间存在明显的不平衡发展。为克服信息化与经济增长的数量模型中自变量的多重共线性影响,运用岭回归的估计方法,估计信息化的作用,结果显示我国信息化对经济增长的贡献为0.10275608,说明信息化对我国经济增长的贡献还比较有限。根据我国信息化发展现状和估计的结果,提出了信息化人才建设、信息技术与信息产业发展以及信息资源开发与利用的三点政策建议。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the development trend of modern society, plays an important role in the economic growth of all countries in the world have taken measures to accelerate the development of informatization, promote the sustained and healthy economic growth. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the relationship between informatization and economic growth.
Based on the analysis of the existing literature, found that research on the relationship between informatization and economic growth in the meaning and character of informatization needs to be deepened, the lack of analysis of the relationship between informatization factor and economic growth, the quantitative analysis is inadequate, it is difficult to convince people.
On the basis of the research, based on a review of the meaning of information, summed up the three important characteristics of information: "fast" "wide" and "deep", and analyses it. With the conception of nation informatization as the research object, from the perspective of economic growth theory, analysis the relationship between the informatization and economic growth, and found that the informatization is the main source of economic growth, draws an important conclusion: it depends on the economic growth. A comparative analysis of the three production functions, the number of model selection of Cobb Douglas production function to establish informatization and economic growth. The national publication information the index in 2000 through the analysis of the existing unbalanced development between various regions and found that the informatization. As the quantitative model to overcome the informatization and economic growth in turn Multicollinearity influence quantity, using ridge regression estimation method, to estimate the role of information technology, the results show that China's informatization contribution to the economic growth of 0.10275608, indicating the information's contribution to China's economic growth is still relatively limited. According to the development of our country's current situation and the estimation results, and puts forward the information talent building, three policy suggestions for information technology and information industry development and the development and utilization of information resources.
