消费与技术创新关系研究

【摘要】:从本质上来说,技术创新与消费有着密切的联系。检验技术创新成功的唯一标志就是产品在市场上首次实现其商业价值。在这里,消费者被置于中心地位,消费者的选择决定技术创新的命运,技术创新必须要有消费基础。消费需求的更新是技术创新的基本动因,没有消费更新的需求,技术创新将失去方向。再者,消费引导生产。人类新的消费欲望诱导人们开发新产品,开辟社会生产新领域,因而消费也从产品种类和质量上提出对生产的新要求,从而影响生产方式并引导技术创新的发展方向。另一方面,技术创新通过提供创新产品、创造消费动力等来实现消费创新。技术创新与消费存在着多层次的对应关系,如消费水平与技术水平之间、消费结构与技术结构之间都存在着对应关系。一定程度上来说,用户的消费创新就是技术创新,技术创新就是消费创新。从系统学的角度来看,技术创新与消费之间是共生共荣、协同发展的。因而,我国技术创新管理和政策的制定,需向消费领域延伸,应通过提高消费水平和能力,来提高技术创新的能力和水平,以消费创新促进我国技术创新的发展。同时,也应顺应技术创新生态化趋势,加强实施技术创新的生态化措施,促进可持续消费的最终实现。 由于在市场经济条件下,消费行为会引导生产行为,所以物质消费主义助长了传统技术创新不顾一切地向大自然攫取,结果造成了人类的生存危机。可持续消费正是人类经过对物质消费主义所产生的问题经过反思后的理智选择、行为回归和思想回归。它提倡“适度消费”,反对挥霍性消费,浪费资源。更重要的是,它提倡绿色消费,要求每一个消费者树立绿色消费意识,正确处理好消费效益与绿色消费之间的辩证关系,做到宁愿多花一点钱也选择绿色产品,用消费者自己手中的货币选票来淘汰那些不符合环保要求的产品,而使绿色产品逐渐在市场上占有越来越多的份额,以消费引导生产和技术创新,使生产者和创新者走生态化之路。另一方面,生态化技术创新注重经济与自然、社会、生态系统的和谐发展,反对单一追求经济价值的行为,与可持续消费有着内在的一致性。我们只有加强生态化技术创新与可持续消费的整体协同,才能实现两者的良性互动,真正实现可持续发展。
