从科技哲学的视角考察产业革命及其发展前景

【摘要】：产业革命问题是一个无论在理论还是在实践上都具有重大意义的问题。在以往的以经济学为主的研究中,这一问题没有得到深入的阐发。正是在此意义上,本文立足科学技术哲学的视角,提出产业革命是人类应用科学原理、知识和技术手段,为满足自身物质需要而进行的利用自然、改造自然的生产活动方式的质的飞跃。综观人类社会发展史上,科学革命、技术革命和产业革命有着密不可分的联系。对科技革命和产业革命的内在关系加以分析,是认识产业革命运动的切入点和基本线索。科学革命具有明显的超前性,它往往成为技术革命和产业革命的前提和基础,技术革命则是产业革命的先导。但科学、技术革命不一定会引发产业革命。从科技革命到产业革命,需要一个过渡和转化过程。产业革命的发展大致上循着“科学革命→技术革命→产业革命”这一线索演进。在此过程中,产业革命又呈现出综合性、应战性、链动性、世界性的鲜明特征,并给人类社会带来了一系列积极和消极的影响。产业革命的发展有其内在机制和运动规律。具体说来,社会、经济发展不断增长的需求是推动产业革命发生的基本动力,科技革命形成的新兴技术是产业革命发生的基础,必要的政治、经济、科技和教育制度是产业革命演进的重要保证。产业革命在不同的时代具有不同的特殊性。产业革命推动了知识经济的兴起,将人类推进到一个建立在知识和信息的生产、分配和使用之上的经济时代。而知识经济的特殊性又决定了新一轮产业革命的方向。在科技革命风起云涌的知识经济背景下,生物技术(产业)自身的特性与社会需求共同决定,生物技术(产业)必将成为下一轮产业革命的弄潮儿。
[Abstract]:The problem of industrial revolution is of great significance both in theory and in practice. In the past studies mainly on economics, this problem has not been thoroughly elucidated. It is in this sense. Based on the perspective of philosophy of science and technology, this paper points out that the industrial revolution is the use of nature by human beings in the application of scientific principles, knowledge and technological means to meet their own material needs. A qualitative leap in the transformation of the natural mode of production and activity. In the history of the development of human society, the scientific revolution, the technological revolution and the industrial revolution are closely related. The internal relationship between the technological revolution and the industrial revolution is analyzed. It is the cut-in point and the basic clue of understanding the industrial revolution movement. The scientific revolution has the obvious advance nature, it often becomes the premise and the foundation of the technology revolution and the industrial revolution. The technological revolution is the forerunner of the industrial revolution, but the scientific and technological revolution does not necessarily lead to the industrial revolution. From the scientific and technological revolution to the industrial revolution, a transition and transformation process is needed. The development of the industrial revolution is largely based on the "scientific revolution" 鈫扵echnological revolution. 鈫扞n this process, the industrial revolution has the distinct characteristics of comprehensiveness, combat, chain movement and the world. And has brought a series of positive and negative effects to human society. The development of industrial revolution has its internal mechanism and movement law. Specifically, society. The growing demand for economic development is the basic driving force to promote the industrial revolution. The emerging technology formed by the scientific and technological revolution is the basis of the industrial revolution, the necessary politics and economy. Science and technology and education system is an important guarantee of the evolution of the industrial revolution. The industrial revolution has different particularities in different times. The industrial revolution has promoted the rise of knowledge economy and pushed human beings to a production based on knowledge and information. Distribution and use of the economic era. And the particularity of the knowledge economy determines the direction of a new industrial revolution. The characteristics of biotechnology (industry) and social needs together determine that biotechnology (industry) will become the next industrial revolution.
