技术创新对产业结构演进的影响分析

【摘要】： 技术创新是产业结构升级的根本动力。技术创新直接或间接的推进和影响产业结构变化。同时产业结构也会制约技术进步。研究技术创新对产业结构演化的影响机制，建立合理的产业结构，促进产业结构的升级。本文旨在建立模型，，检测我国产业结构水平和技术创新水平两者之间是否协调统一。本文选取适当的度量技术创新和产业结构水平的指标体系，运用层次分析法(AHP)对产业结构和技术结构给予量化，然后对得到的1994年——2005年的时间序列数据建立计量经济模型(VAR向量自回归模型)。并运用格兰杰因果关系检验法来分析两者之间的因果关系。从定量的角度对中国技术创新与产业结构协调关联问题作出判断。研究结果表明由于产业结构基础薄弱以及技术创新能力不高而导致中国目前的技术创新水平和产业结构状况不存在统计上的Granger因果关系。最后本文提出了增强技术创新能力和优化产业结构的措施和方法。本文第一章给出了技术创新以及产业结构的理论概述。本文第二章界定了产业结构演化的含义与本质，分析了产业结构演化的影响因素，并论述了技术创新是如何通过影响这些因素而影响产业结构的，并且详细论述技术创新对产业结构的影响机制。本文第三章就定量研究方法分别对钱纳里模型和大道理论进行了评价。并对我国技术创新能力与产业结构水平的现状进行了研究。第四章是实证分析部分。最后提出改善技术创新和产业结构目前现状的措施。一方面通过政府加大技术创新支持力度，利用技术引进和扩散，加快技术结构调整；并通过高新技术产业化、用高技术改造传统产业促进产业结构升级；另一方面，优化外部环境促进我国技术结构与产业结构协同，如加快技术市场的建立和完善，以制度创新促进技术创新，加强政府引导等等。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is the fundamental motive force for upgrading industrial structure. Technological innovation directly or indirectly promotes and influences the change of industrial structure. At the same time, industrial structure also restricts technological progress. The purpose of this paper is to establish a model to examine whether the level of industrial structure and the level of technological innovation in China are in harmony and unity. This paper selects the appropriate index system to measure the level of technological innovation and industrial structure, and uses the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to quantify the industrial structure and the technological structure. Then, based on the time series data from 1994 to 2005, an econometric model of VAR vector autoregressive model is established. The Granger causality test is used to analyze the causality between them. The research results show that the level of technological innovation and the status of industrial structure do not exist in China because of the weak foundation of industrial structure and the low ability of technological innovation. Finally, this paper puts forward the measures and methods to enhance the technological innovation ability and optimize the industrial structure. The first chapter of this paper gives a theoretical overview of technological innovation and industrial structure. The second chapter defines the meaning and essence of the evolution of industrial structure, analyzes the influencing factors of the evolution of industrial structure, and discusses how the technological innovation influences the industrial structure through these factors. And discusses the technology innovation to the industrial structure influence mechanism in detail. In the third chapter, the quantitative research methods are used to evaluate the Chanari model and the Avenue Theory, and the present situation of technological innovation ability and industrial structure level in China is studied. Chapter 4th is the empirical analysis part. Finally, the measures to improve the present situation of technological innovation and industrial structure are put forward. On the one hand, through the government to increase the support of technological innovation, to speed up the adjustment of technological structure by means of technology introduction and diffusion, and through the industrialization of high and new technology, On the other hand, we should optimize the external environment to promote the coordination of technological structure and industrial structure in our country, such as speeding up the establishment and perfection of the technology market, promoting technological innovation with institutional innovation, and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure through the transformation of traditional industries with high technology. Strengthen government guidance and so on.
