马克思产业组织思想探析

【摘要】：在社会分工演进的历史过程中,产业组织形式呈现一种明显的演变现象,即从简单到复杂、从单一到多样。每一种组织形式的出现都是历史的必然,都是矛盾运动的结果。近些年来对产业组织形式的发展方向与演进的内在规律日益成为了经济学界研究的热点问题。目前在产业经济学领域,被人们普遍接受的是西方产业组织理论,而对马克思产业组织思想研究相对来说却很少。虽然马克思未将这一思想整理形成完整的理论体系,但他思想在产业经济学发展过程中起到了不可忽视的推动作用。本文将主要以分工和协作为基础对马克思的产业组织思想进行系统的分析和论述。 本文首先对分工理论的演进进行了梳理,通过色诺芬、亚当·斯密、默菲及杨小凯等人分工理论的回顾,将各个不同时期的分工理论进行比较和研究,总结出了分工的本质与根源及其与产业组织生成与演化的内在关联。接下来,本文以马克思的产业组织思想为基础,分别从产业组织形成的内在机制和分工演化与组织演进角度来对马克思的产业组织思想进行归纳和总结。主要从竞争、信用、分工与专业化等方面分析了影响企业变动的因素。竞争是产业组织变动的基础,它通过优胜劣汰的筛选机制,扩大优势企业的规模,改变市场集中度;信用是产业组织变动的杠杆,加快产业组织的变化速度;专业化分工和纵向一体化则促使新企业和新产业的诞生,改变着产业组织结构。最后本文通过回顾产业组织演变的历史,总结了演变规律。分工是组织的基础,也是组织的原因,分工发展本身意味着组织的演进与变迁,企业内分工是分析企业组织变迁的逻辑主线之一,从包买商制度到工厂制度的演变体现了分工的出现和发展;大规模生产的出现则体现了企业内分工的深化与管理职能的发展。分工和专业化经济是产业组织演进的历史逻辑。根据社会分工与专业化的发展进程,总结产业组织演进的新方向。马克思基于分工与协作的产业组织思想,不仅系统地分析了产业组织产生的原因和发展的动力,而且提出了一个全面的产业演进理论,全面科学地解释了分工和产业组织演进。
[Abstract]:In the historical process of social division of labor evolution, the industrial organization form presents a kind of obvious evolution phenomenon, that is, from simple to complex, from single to diverse. In recent years, the direction of the development of industrial organization and the internal law of evolution have increasingly become a hot issue in the field of economic research. At present, in the field of industrial economics, What is generally accepted by people is the western industrial organization theory, but the research on Marx's industrial organization thought is relatively few. Although Marx did not organize this thought into a complete theoretical system, However, his thought has played an important role in the development of industrial economics. This paper will systematically analyze and discuss Marx's thought of industrial organization on the basis of division of labor and cooperation. In this paper, we first sort out the evolution of the division of labor theory, and through the review of the division of labor theory of Xenaufen, Adam Smith, Murphy and Yang Xiaokai, we compare and study the theory of division of labor in different periods. This paper summarizes the essence and root of division of labor and its internal relation with the formation and evolution of industrial organization. Next, this paper is based on Marx's thought of industrial organization. From the internal mechanism of industrial organization formation, the evolution of division of labor and the evolution of organization, Marx's thought of industrial organization is summarized and summarized. Competition is the basis of the change of industrial organization. It expands the scale of superior enterprises and changes the market concentration through the screening mechanism of survival of the fittest. Credit is the lever of the change of industrial organization, and accelerates the change of industrial organization, while specialization and vertical integration promote the birth of new enterprise and new industry. Finally, by reviewing the history of the evolution of industrial organization, this paper summarizes the law of evolution. Division of labor is not only the foundation of organization, but also the reason of organization. The development of division of labor itself means the evolution and change of organization. The division of labor within the enterprise is one of the main lines of logic to analyze the change of the enterprise organization. The evolution of the system from the baker system to the factory system reflects the emergence and development of the division of labor. The emergence of mass production reflects the deepening of division of labor and the development of management functions within enterprises. Division of labor and specialized economy are the historical logic of the evolution of industrial organization. This paper summarizes the new direction of industrial organization evolution. Marx's idea of industrial organization based on division of labor and cooperation not only systematically analyzes the reasons for the emergence of industrial organization and the motive force of its development, but also puts forward a comprehensive theory of industrial evolution. A comprehensive and scientific explanation of the division of labor and industrial organization evolution.
