知识经济 学习型社会与人的发展

【摘要】:本文旨在对知识经济形态下,人的发展理论与现实的研究进行探讨性的充实。根据马克思社会形态理论和人学理论,对知识经济形态理论进行了新探,并对知识经济进行界定。在这个“新”的经济形态下研究人的发展,运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义方法论,论证了知识经济与人的发展内在的本质必然联系。依据国内外研究现状,对知识经济产生的历史背景、概念加以解释说明,并本着马克思主义唯物史观的立场,,肯定了知识经济是社会发展的必然。社会发展是人的发展,知识经济与人的发展有着内在的本质的必然联系。传统经济阶段压抑了人的主体性张扬,而知识经济是从传统经济以“物”为中心转到以“人”为中心,使人的主体性得到了发挥。因此,知识经济为人的发展提供了平台。知识经济在对人的发展具有积极作用的同时,也存在一些问题。知识经济初见端倪,知识要真正地完全发挥其作用必须创建学习型社会,改变人的学习观念和落后的学习状况,认清学习的本质。知识经济是建立在知识、信息生产和分配使用之上的经济,其特征表现为:创新性、主体性、全球化。由此,决定了知识经济社会是学习型社会。学习是人类通向其目的的桥梁,使知识转化为现实的力量。学习使知识作为客体不断主体化,是主体内化的过程,从而增强了人的主体性。同时,使人类能力素质提高,这样才能适应知识经济社会发展不断对人提出的新要求。终身学习,广泛性的社会学习是知识经济社会人的发展必要手段。因此,创建学习型社会促进人的发展,从而推动了社会发展,同时社会的发展促进了人的发展,人的发展是知识经济的内源动力。知识经济是新的社会经济形态,不但改变了人的生活方式和思维方式,而且也改变了人的价值观念。知识经济是以知识为主导性生产要素的经济,人是知识的载体,知识经济的根本价值就是弘扬了个体的主体性。在知识经济社会,人的价值取向发生了根本性的变化,有对“物”的价值转换到人对“自身”价值的追问,用人的发展作为价值标准来评价知识经济。人的发展是评价知识经济的价值尺度,是判断社会进步主客观尺度的统一。人的发展和社会发展是互动的,知识经济社会凸现了知识的重要性,人要通过不断的学习知识,内化为主体的素质能力,同时转化为现实的生产力。由此,终身学习是知识经济社会人的发展和
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to enrich the research on the theory and reality of human development in the form of knowledge economy. According to Marx's theory of social formation and the theory of human studies, this paper makes a new probe into the theory of knowledge economy. And define the knowledge economy. In this "new" economic form, the study of human development, the use of dialectical materialism and historical materialism methodology, This paper demonstrates that the inherent essence of knowledge economy and human development must be related. According to the present research situation at home and abroad, this paper explains the historical background and concept of knowledge economy, and takes the stand of Marxist historical materialism. It affirms that knowledge economy is the necessity of social development. Social development is the development of human beings. The knowledge economy changes from the traditional economy to the center of "human", which makes the subjectivity of human being come into play. Knowledge economy provides a platform for human development. While knowledge economy has a positive effect on human development, there are also some problems. Knowledge economy is an economy based on knowledge, information production and distribution, which is characterized by innovation, subjectivity and globalization. The knowledge economy society is a learning society. Learning is the bridge of human beings to its purpose and the power of transforming knowledge into reality. Learning makes knowledge as the object of continuous subject, is the process of subject internalization. Thus, the subjectivity of human beings is strengthened. At the same time, the quality of human ability is improved, so as to adapt to the new demands of the development of knowledge economy society. Extensive social learning is the necessary means for the development of people in the knowledge economy society. Therefore, the establishment of a learning society promotes the development of human beings, thus promoting the development of society, and at the same time, the development of society promotes the development of human beings. Human development is the internal motive force of knowledge economy. Knowledge economy is a new form of social economy, which not only changes people's way of life and mode of thinking, Knowledge economy is an economy with knowledge as the dominant factor of production, and man is the carrier of knowledge. The fundamental value of knowledge economy is to carry forward the subjectivity of the individual. The value orientation of human beings has changed fundamentally, and the value of "thing" has been transformed into the value of "self", and the development of human resources is regarded as the value standard to evaluate the knowledge economy, and the development of human beings is the value criterion of evaluating the knowledge economy. Human development and social development are interactive, the knowledge economy society has highlighted the importance of knowledge, people should constantly learn knowledge and internalize the quality of the main body. Thus, lifelong learning is the development of human beings in the knowledge economy society.
