江西省对外贸易、FDI与环境污染之间关系的研究

【摘要】：受益于经济全球化和良好的国际环境影响,改革开放30年以来,中国的经济取得了迅猛发展,外商投资和对外贸易的发展尤为突出,综合竞争力增强,使得中国国际地位也迅速提高。在经济高速发展的同时,环境污染已成为一个不争的事实,外商直接投资和对外贸易与环境污染之间的关系引起了国际学术界的关注,并成为了热点问题而得到了深入的研究。随着党中央和国务院对中部崛起战略规划的实施和鄱阳湖生态经济区的建设,江西省无疑是一个具有战略意义的省份,本文从理论方面研究了江西省对外贸易和外商直接投资与环境污染之间的关系,并采用面板数据分析方法,在环境库兹涅茨假说的基础上,对江西省十个地级市的反映其对外贸易和外商直接投资及环境污染的相关变量数据进行扩展模型分析。因数据来源的有限性,本文选取了1996-2008年的江西省十个地级市的进出口总额、FDI及代表环境污染程度的二氧化硫排放量相关数据进行实证分析。根据分析结果表明,对外贸易能够改善我省的环境质量,而FDI则会恶化我省的环境。国内有关对外贸易、外商直接投资与环境污染之间的关系研究大多是从中国整体出发,而研究某个地区的文献很少,因此本文以作为生态文明与经济社会发展协调统一、人与自然和谐相处的生态经济示范区省份--江西省为研究对象进行有关三者之间的研究,对其他地区尤其是中部地区,引进外资策略和对外贸易发展具有一定的启发意义。
[Abstract]:Thanks to economic globalization and the impact of a favorable international environment, China's economy has developed rapidly over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, with the development of foreign investment and foreign trade particularly prominent, and its comprehensive competitiveness enhanced. At the same time, environmental pollution has become an indisputable fact. The relationship between foreign direct investment and foreign trade and environmental pollution has attracted the attention of the international academic community. With the implementation of the Central Committee and the State Council's strategic plan for the rise of the central region and the construction of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, Jiangxi Province is undoubtedly a province of strategic significance. In this paper, the relationship between foreign trade, foreign direct investment and environmental pollution in Jiangxi Province is studied theoretically, and the panel data analysis method is used on the basis of environmental Kuznets hypothesis. This paper analyzes the data of ten prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province, which reflect their foreign trade, foreign direct investment and environmental pollution. In this paper, the data of FDI and sulfur dioxide emissions representing the degree of environmental pollution in ten prefectural cities of Jiangxi Province from 1996 to 2008 are selected for empirical analysis. The results show that foreign trade can improve the environmental quality of our province. FDI, on the other hand, will worsen the environment of our province. Most of the studies on the relationship between foreign trade, foreign direct investment and environmental pollution are based on the whole of China, but there are few documents on the study of a certain region. Therefore, this paper aims to coordinate the ecological civilization with the economic and social development. Jiangxi Province, an ecological economic demonstration area where man and nature live harmoniously, is the object of study, which has some enlightening significance for other regions, especially the central region, in the strategy of introducing foreign capital and the development of foreign trade.
