我国加工贸易的环境效应研究

【摘要】：作为我国对外贸易主导的贸易方式,加工贸易在推动我国经济增长、促进技术进步、引进外商直接投资和扩大就业方面起到了重要的作用。但是,随着加工贸易的持续高速发展,我国的工业污染总量亦不断增加,环境污染日益严重。加工贸易与环境的协调发展成为亟待解决的问题。本文在对相关研究进行综述的基础上,分别从地区和行业的角度对我国加工贸易和环境污染现状进行了分析；进而采用面板数据模型的计量研究方法,实证分析了加工贸易对环境的影响。研究结果表明加工贸易在相当程度上加剧了我国的环境恶化,尤其是在东中部地区,而对西部地区的环境效应不明显。但本文认为不能因为加工贸易短期的环境负效应而否定其在经济和就业等方面的积极作用,建议根据各地区比较优势,促进加工贸易升级转型；以协调加工贸易发展和环境的冲突,实现两者“双赢”的目标。
[Abstract]:As the leading trade mode of foreign trade in China, processing trade plays an important role in promoting China's economic growth, promoting technological progress, introducing foreign direct investment and expanding employment. With the continuous and rapid development of processing trade, the total amount of industrial pollution in China is also increasing, and the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. The coordinated development of processing trade and environment becomes an urgent problem to be solved. On the basis of summarizing the related research, this paper analyzes the status quo of processing trade and environmental pollution in China from the angle of region and industry, and then adopts the metrological research method of panel data model. Empirical analysis of the impact of processing trade on the environment. The results show that processing trade has contributed to the deterioration of the environment in China, especially in the eastern and central regions. But the environmental effect on the western region is not obvious. However, this paper thinks that the negative environmental effect of processing trade should not negate its positive role in economy and employment, and it is suggested that according to the comparative advantages of each region, To promote the upgrading and transformation of processing trade, to coordinate the conflict between the development of processing trade and the environment, and to achieve the goal of "win-win".
