【摘要】：正由广东经济学会主办、广东外语外贸大学承办的2012年岭南经济论坛暨广东经济学会年会于2012年11月23日—24日在广东外语外贸大学北校区召开。广东经济学界120多位专家学者出席了会议。会议共收到了70多篇论文,围绕"市场经济与政府职能转变"这一主题,结合学习和领会党的"十八大"精神,分"政府职能转变"、"产业转型升级"和"社会组织建设"三个专题展开了充分的讨论与交流。现将会议的主要观点综述如下:
[Abstract]:The 2012 Lingnan Economic Forum and Guangdong Economic Association Annual meeting, hosted by Guangdong Economic Society and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, was held at the North Campus of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies from November 23 to 24, 2012.Guangdong economic circles more than 120 experts and scholars attended the meeting.The conference received more than 70 papers, focusing on the theme of "Market economy and the transformation of government functions," and studying and understanding the spirit of the party's 18th National Congress.The three topics of "transformation of government function", "industrial transformation and upgrading" and "social organization construction" are discussed and exchanged.The main points of view of the meeting are summarized below:
