论社会经济制度演进的实现动力——基于利益主体博弈均衡的视角

【摘要】：经济制度是由利益主体间的制度博弈均衡所决定的,而决定均衡结果的制度博弈报酬结构又直接取决于生产力状况与政治权力结构,其中生产力状况更为根本,因为它能够改变利益群体间暴力潜能结构进而影响政治权力结构。外部因素可作用于上述决定制度博弈均衡的各环节,并最终导致制度博弈均衡的改变及相应的制度变迁。在局部社会大系统中制度与生产力之间是同一层次的相互作用关系,当两者由相互促进变成相互制约时,打破僵局就有赖于外部因素的作用。大的基本经济制度变迁往往需要利益群体大规模集体行动来推动,意识形态是克服其中搭便车问题的主要机制。本文的研究结果对于如何坚持与完善中国特色社会主义制度具有启发意义。
[Abstract]:The economic system is determined by the institutional game equilibrium among the stakeholders, and the reward structure of the institutional game that determines the equilibrium result is directly dependent on the productive forces and the political power structure, among which the productive forces are more fundamental. Because it can change the potential structure of violence between interest groups and then influence the structure of political power. The external factors can play an important role in determining the institutional game equilibrium, and finally lead to the change of the institutional game equilibrium and the corresponding institutional changes. The interaction between institution and productive forces is at the same level in the local social system. When the two systems change from mutual promotion to mutual restriction, breaking the deadlock depends on the role of external factors. Large basic economic institutional changes often require mass collective action of interest groups, and ideology is the main mechanism to overcome the problem of hitchhiking. The research results of this paper have enlightening significance for how to adhere to and perfect the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
