辽宁省碳排放与经济发展关系研究——基于环境库兹涅茨曲线的分析

【摘要】：本文利用环境库兹涅茨曲线研究辽宁省碳排放与经济发展的关系。主要结论为:(1)通过实证研究发现辽宁省碳排放EKC为倒N形,已经经过第一个转折点,没有达到第二个转折点,在未来一段时间内仍将保持增长,但增速逐渐变缓。(2)辽宁省能源消费结构不合理,产业结构变化对环境库兹涅茨曲线的形成影响较大。(3)最后根据分析提出了三条建议:提高能源利用效率,加快核电建设,积极开发水力、太阳能、风能、地热、潮汐等清洁能源;调整产业结构,增加低能耗高产出的行业建设,提高农业生产效率;提高公民节能减排意识,制定节能减排的相关法律。
[Abstract]:The environmental Kuznets curve is used to study the relationship between carbon emissions and economic development in Liaoning Province. The main conclusion is: (1) through empirical research, we found that EKC in Liaoning Province is inverted N-shaped, has passed the first turning point, has not reached the second turning point, and will continue to increase for some time to come. However, the growth rate is gradually slowing down. (2) the energy consumption structure in Liaoning Province is unreasonable, and the change of industrial structure has a great influence on the formation of the environmental Kuznets curve. Finally, three suggestions are put forward according to the analysis: improving the energy utilization efficiency and speeding up the construction of nuclear power. Actively develop clean energy such as hydraulic, solar, wind, geothermal, tidal, etc; adjust industrial structure, increase industry construction of low energy consumption and high output, improve agricultural production efficiency; enhance citizens' awareness of energy saving and emission reduction, Make relevant laws on energy saving and emission reduction.
