马克思“重建个人所有制”的人学解读

【摘要】:马克思曾在《资本论》中写到“重新建立个人所有制”。杜林曾称之为“深奥的辩证法之谜”,我国学术界也讨论了多年,但众说纷纭,难以达成一致。诸学者对“重建个人所有制”的解读基本上都是从现存的所有制中去求解,把马克思的“个人所有制”概念与已经在实践中存在的“公有制”或“私有制”概念进行比照、对接,仅仅从经济领域去求解。此外,对马克思“重建个人所有制”的解读,不是从马克思所预想的未来理想的“自由人联合体”条件下人自身的自由与解放去思考,大多脱离马克思对未来社会国家、阶级消亡的理论预设,脱离马克思关于人的自由而全面发展的理想状况,这就必然会陷于“公共所有”与“个人所有”的二律背反。所以,对于马克思“重建个人所有制”的理解必须从人的发展角度去解析。 本文研究马克思“重建个人所有制”要突破只侧重从政治经济学的视角对“重建个人所有制”中的“所有制”进行的解读,而是从马克思的人学视野,全面、辩证、合理、客观的解读“重建个人所有制”。 第一章将从人学视野阐明“重建个人所有制”的人学意蕴。首先,从哲学的角度,论述人与所有制的关系;其次,论述所有制的历史演变与人的发展的三种形态的辩证统一;最后,重点论述“重建个人所有制”的人学意蕴,即:“重建个人所有制”是劳动者为主体的所有制、是劳动者共同占有的所有制、是自由人联合的所有制。 第二章是本文的重点、难点和创新点,对“重建个人所有制”中的“个人”进行人学的合理解读与分析。首先,“个人”是占有生产资料的劳动者;其次,“个人”是自由人联合体的“自由人”;最后,“个人”是扬弃异化的“个人”。 第三章论述“重建个人所有制”的人学意义。首先,联系当前我国的实际,提出贯彻以人为本、不断完善所有制形式是“重建个人所有制”的当代意义;其次,阐述“重建个人所有制”是为了人的自由而全面发展。
[Abstract]:Marx once wrote in Capital, "Re-establishing individual ownership." Du Lin once called it "the mystery of profound dialectics", which has been discussed for many years in our academic circles, but it is difficult to reach a consensus. The scholars' interpretation of "rebuilding individual ownership" is basically solved from the existing ownership, comparing Marx's concept of "individual ownership" with the concept of "public ownership" or "private ownership" that already exists in practice. Docking, only from the economic field to solve. In addition, the interpretation of Marx's "rebuilding individual ownership" does not reflect on the freedom and liberation of human beings under the conditions of Marx's ideal "free man union" in the future, and is mostly divorced from Marx's view of the future social state. The theoretical presupposition of class extinction, which deviates from Marx's ideal state of free and all-round development of human beings, will inevitably lead to the reverse of "public ownership" and "individual ownership". Therefore, Marx's understanding of "rebuilding individual ownership" must be analyzed from the perspective of human development. This article studies Marx's "reconstruction of individual ownership" to break through the interpretation of "ownership" in "rebuilding individual ownership" from the perspective of political economy, but from Marx's perspective of human studies, comprehensive, dialectical and reasonable. Objective interpretation of "Reconstruction of individual ownership". The first chapter will expound the humanistic implication of "rebuilding individual ownership" from the perspective of humanism. First, from a philosophical point of view, it discusses the relationship between human and ownership; secondly, it discusses the historical evolution of ownership and the dialectical unity of three forms of human development; finally, it focuses on the human implications of "rebuilding individual ownership". That is to say, "rebuilding individual ownership" is the ownership of laborer as the main body, the ownership of common possession of the laborer and the joint ownership of the free person. The second chapter is the emphases, difficulties and innovations of this paper, the reasonable interpretation and analysis of "individual" in "rebuilding individual ownership". First, the "individual" is the laborer who possesses the means of production; secondly, the "individual" is the "free person" of the Commonwealth of Free people; finally, the "individual" is the "individual" who subtracts the alienation. The third chapter discusses the humanistic significance of rebuilding individual ownership. First of all, according to the reality of our country, it is the contemporary significance of "rebuilding individual ownership" to carry out people-oriented and constantly perfect the form of ownership, and secondly, to expound that "rebuilding individual ownership" is to develop in an all-round way for the sake of man's freedom.
