【摘要】：以可持续发展系统观为理论基础,探讨了可持续发展系统分析的指标体系和理论、模型及GIS方法,并以河南省和中原城市群为案例区域进行实证研究。首先综述了可持续发展的基本理论问题;然后,以一个全新的视角,从史学角度评述了可持续发展思想、理论的渊源及发展脉络;在此基础上,提出可持续发展系统观理论;以此为理论基点,构建可持续发展系统分析的指标体系;建立可持续发展系统分析模型;最后,结合案例区域进行分析研究。全文共分六个部分。第一章,“可持续发展理论探讨”。首先从实践基础和理论渊源两个方面分析了可持续发展理论产生的原因。可持续发展理论的产生,是人类发展历程中,人类对于人与自然关系(也称人地关系)认知的一次重大飞跃,与人类生存环境的恶化密切相关。也可以说,环境问题的全球化是导致可持续发展理论产生的实践基础;虽然可持续发展的思想古已有之,但作为一种现代发展理论,它的直接理论来源应是罗马俱乐部的思想和观点以及同期反对派的争议和论战:环境问题和罗马俱乐部的思想只是可持续发展理论产生的外部因素,它的产生还有其内在必然性,即现代工业文明本身所隐含的导致人类文明发展不可持续的因素,这是可持续发展理论产生的内部动因。其次,从文献分析入手(限于国外文献检索的困难和占有资料的不全,本文仅对国内文献进行分析),探讨了主要学科领域对可持续发展概念、理论、主要问题和研究方向。最后,从正反两方面分析了可持续发展理论存在的局限性。第二章,“可持续发展史述评”。首先从可持续发展思想产生的背景、发展和演变等方面对可持续发展思想进行全方位的思考,认为可持续发展思想的产生经历了原始时代人和自然的统一,农业文明时代朴素的可持续发展思想,工业文明时代发展的困惑和可持续发展思想的萌芽和生态文明时代可持续发展思想的形成等几个阶段。其次,从可持续发展面临的困惑的原因分析入手,探讨了可持续发展的理论研究和实践现状。第三章“可持续发展系统观”。首先从资源、人口、环境、经济、发展和价值观等方面分析了可持续发展时代的要素观。然后,从可持续发展系统产生的背景、发展轨迹入手,提出可持续发展的系统观。可持续发展是一个包含人口、资源、环境、经济和社会等要素的动态复杂系统,对它的认识经历了可持续发展理念→可持续发展理论→可持续发展实践的转变,经过近30年的发展,可持续发展理论实现了从可持续发展思想→可持续发展观→可持续发展系统观的理论跨越。从要素、空间和阶段三个维度推演系统观,提出可持续发展系
[Abstract]:Based on the system view of sustainable development, this paper discusses the index system and theory, model and GIS method of system analysis of sustainable development, and takes the urban agglomeration of Henan Province and Central Plains as a case study. This paper first summarizes the basic theoretical problems of sustainable development, then, from a new perspective, from the perspective of history, comments on the thought of sustainable development, its origin and development context, and puts forward the theory of system view of sustainable development on this basis. Based on this theory, this paper constructs the index system of sustainable development system analysis; establishes the sustainable development system analysis model; finally, carries on the analysis research combining the case area. The full text is divided into six parts. The first chapter, the theory of sustainable development. Firstly, this paper analyzes the causes of the theory of sustainable development from two aspects: the practical basis and the theoretical origin. The emergence of the theory of sustainable development is a major leap in human cognition of the relationship between man and nature (also known as the relationship between man and nature) in the course of human development, which is closely related to the deterioration of human living environment. It can also be said that the globalization of environmental issues is the practical basis for the emergence of the theory of sustainable development. Although the idea of sustainable development has existed in ancient times, it is a modern theory of development. Its direct theoretical source should be the ideas and views of the Rome Club and the controversy and controversy of the opposition during the same period: environmental issues and the ideas of the Club of Rome are only external factors resulting from the theory of sustainable development. It also has its inherent inevitability, that is, the factor that leads to the unsustainable development of human civilization implied by modern industrial civilization itself, which is the internal cause of the theory of sustainable development. Secondly, starting from the literature analysis (limited to the difficulty of foreign literature retrieval and incomplete possession of data, this paper only analyzes the domestic literature, discusses the concept, theory, main problems and research direction of sustainable development in the main subject areas. Finally, the limitations of sustainable development theory are analyzed from both positive and negative aspects. Chapter two, Review of Sustainable Development. First of all, from the perspective of the background, development and evolution of the thought of sustainable development, the author thinks that the thought of sustainable development has experienced the unity of man and nature in the primitive times. There are several stages such as the simple thought of sustainable development in the age of agricultural civilization, the confusion of the development of the age of industrial civilization, the germination of the thought of sustainable development and the formation of the thought of sustainable development in the age of ecological civilization. Secondly, the theoretical and practical status of sustainable development is discussed from the analysis of the causes of the confusion faced by sustainable development. The third chapter is the system view of sustainable development. Firstly, this paper analyzes the essential factors of the sustainable development era from the aspects of resources, population, environment, economy, development and values. Then, the system view of sustainable development is put forward from the background and development track of sustainable development system. Sustainable development is a dynamic and complex system including population, resources, environment, economy and society, and its understanding has experienced the transformation of the theory of sustainable development and the practice of sustainable development. After nearly 30 years of development, the theory of sustainable development has achieved a theoretical leap from the concept of sustainable development to the concept of system of sustainable development. The system view is deduced from the three dimensions of elements, space and stage, and the system of sustainable development is put forward.
