能耗约束视角下中国主导产业的甄别及其福利效应分析

【摘要】：利用投入产出乘数理论,基于1995-2009年中国投入产出表,探讨引入能耗效率因素对中国主导产业的影响。研究结果表明,从能耗效率视角考察主导产业时,部分能耗效率较低的制造业部门将不再属于主导产业范畴,而修正后的主导产业中增加了批发业、金融业等服务业部门。结构路径分析的结果表明,非熟练劳动力受主导产业冲击的直接影响要大于熟练劳动力;农村居民受主导产业影响的群体主要是非熟练劳动力家庭;城市居民受主导产业影响的群体则涉及非熟练劳动力、熟练劳动力和资本所有者家庭。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of input-output multiplier and the input-output table of China from 1995 to 2009, this paper discusses the influence of introducing energy efficiency factors on China's leading industries. The results show that some manufacturing sectors with low energy consumption efficiency will no longer belong to the leading industries, but the revised leading industries will increase the service sectors such as wholesale industry, financial industry and so on when we examine the leading industries from the perspective of energy consumption efficiency. The results of structural path analysis show that unskilled labor is more directly affected by the impact of dominant industries than skilled labor, and that rural residents are mainly affected by unskilled labor families. Urban residents affected by dominant industries involved unskilled labor, skilled labor and capital-owner households.
