珠三角环境经济系统的物质流分析

【摘要】: 随着经济和技术水平的快速发展,人类攫取、加工和利用自然资源的能力越来越强,从而使得社会经济系统与生态环境领域之间的物质的物质和能量的交换迅速扩张,经济发展给与自然环境巨大的破坏。人类逐渐认识到了破坏环境所造成的恶果并重新审视经济系统与自然环境之间复杂的关系,认识到现有的物质生产模式和消费模式是导致人类社会与自然环境系统之间尖锐冲突的本质根源,从而开始研究经济发展的可持续性,逐步形成了物质流指标及其分析方法这一研究方向。开展区域层面的物质流研究,对于珠江三角洲这一经济快速发展的区域,这种研究对于减少区域内的资源消耗量,改善严重的环境污染局面,突破资源和环境这两个制约“瓶颈”具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先对研究的意义、物质流分析方法的理论背景、发展历程、指标体系和物质流帐户的编制方法进行了详细的描述。 然后,以珠江三角洲完整的九个地级市为研究对象,选取区域物质总需求、区域过程总排放、区域总排放等指标,对珠江三角洲社会经济系统的物质流进行核算,结果表明:1)珠江三角洲区域物质总需求、区域总排放年均递减率在7%以上,资源使用密度、单位GDP物质排放年均分别减少10.3%、11.4%。说明珠江三角洲产业结构开始升级,环境朝着利好方向发展。2)隐藏流在各类相关指标中占有比例较高,占区域总排放的比例年均高达98%。说明推行减量化生产,提高物质利用率,进一步推动循环经济发展已迫在眉睫。3)物质排放强度地域差异明显,惠州、肇庆、中山、江门历年均低于珠江三角洲平均水平,深圳、东莞远高于珠江三角洲平均水平;IPAT分析显示,代表富裕程度的“GDP/总人口”呈上升趋势,代表技术水平的“TRO/GDP”呈逐年下降的趋势。总体来看,珠江三角洲发展循环经济具有极大的潜力,也具有极强的现实意义。 最后,文章结合研究区的实际情况,得出了研究结论,指出了物质流分析方法在应用中的缺陷以及未来可能的发展方向,为今后该领域以及该区域进一步的研究提供了参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and technology, the ability of human beings to seize, process and utilize natural resources is becoming stronger and stronger, resulting in the rapid expansion of the exchange of material and energy between the socio-economic system and the ecological environment. Economic development has done great damage to the natural environment. Human beings have come to recognize the consequences of environmental destruction and to re-examine the complex relationship between economic systems and the natural environment, Recognizing that existing patterns of material production and consumption are essential sources of sharp conflict between human society and natural environment systems, and thus begin to study the sustainability of economic development, The research direction of material flow index and its analysis method has been gradually formed. For the Pearl River Delta region, which is a region with rapid economic development, it can reduce the consumption of resources in the region and improve the situation of serious environmental pollution. It is of great significance to break through the bottleneck of resources and environment. In this paper, the significance of the research, the theoretical background of material flow analysis method, the development process, the index system and the method of compiling material flow account are described in detail. Then, taking nine prefecture-level cities in the Pearl River Delta as the research object, selecting the regional total material demand, regional process total emissions, regional total emissions and other indicators to calculate the material flow in the social and economic system of the Pearl River Delta. The results show that the total material demand in the Pearl River Delta region, the annual decrease rate of the regional total emissions is more than 7%, the resource use density and the average annual emission per unit GDP decrease 10.3% and 11.4%, respectively. It shows that the industrial structure of the Pearl River Delta begins to upgrade, and the environment develops in a favorable direction. 2) the hidden current occupies a high proportion of all kinds of related indexes, accounting for an average annual average of 98% of the total regional emissions. It shows that there are obvious regional differences in material emission intensity between Huizhou, Zhaoqing, Zhongshan and Jiangmen, which are all lower than the average level of the Pearl River Delta over the years, Shenzhen, The analysis of GDP/ population in Dongguan is much higher than the average level in the Pearl River Delta, which shows that the total population of GDP/, which represents the degree of affluence, is on an upward trend, while the "TRO/GDP", which represents the level of technology, is decreasing year by year. Generally speaking, the development of circular economy in Pearl River Delta has great potential and practical significance. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the research area, the paper draws the conclusion of the research, points out the defects in the application of the material flow analysis method and the possible development direction in the future, and provides a reference for the further research in this field and the region in the future.
