【摘要】：正现在,需结合中国乃至世界资源、环境领域出现的新情况新矛盾,就天地人产权理论继续进行探讨四条路线:"短线中的短线"两千多年前,中国的先哲曾率先提出了"天、地、人"的哲学理念。当代世界出现的诸种新情况、新矛盾,更把人的生存发展环境("天")、人的生存发展资源("地")和人的生存发展自身("人")问题,尖锐地摆在我们面前。
[Abstract]:Just now, with the new situation and new contradictions in the field of resources and environment in China and the world, we should continue to explore four routes on the theory of property rights of the people of heaven and earth: more than 2,000 years ago, China's forefathers and philosophers took the lead in proposing "Heaven," The philosophy of "land, man". All kinds of new situations and contradictions in the contemporary world put the problems of human survival and development environment ("heaven"), human survival and development resources ("earth") and human survival and development itself ("man") sharply in front of us.
