【摘要】：正2012年8月,新疆科技厅组织专家对中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所的成果"玛纳斯河流域生态经济功能区划及生态损益补偿研究"进行了鉴定。该成果分析了玛纳斯河流域生态问题、成因及对经济发展的影响,建立了流域生态安全评价的指标体系及预警模型,确定了生态安全风险等级;进行了流域的生态经济功能区划,
[Abstract]:In August, 2012, the Xinjiang Science and Technology Department organized experts to identify the achievements of the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, "the study on Eco-economic functional regionalization and Ecological profit and loss compensation in Manas River Basin". This paper analyzes the ecological problems, causes and effects on economic development of Manas River Basin, establishes the index system and early warning model of ecological security evaluation in the basin, and determines the risk level of ecological security. The ecological and economic functional regionalization of the watershed was carried out.
