基于知识活动系统理论的大学-企业知识联盟研究

【摘要】:随着信息化和全球化浪潮的到来,知识取代劳动力、资本成为最具战略重要意义的资源。越来越多的企业把视角转向外部,通过与大学建立知识联盟获取互补性知识,赢得竞争优势。大学和企业之间的合作,是克服科教与经济之间的壁垒,促进它们之间相互紧密结合的重要途径。正因为如此,大学-企业的知识联盟成为科教界、企业界和学术界普遍关注的一个重大问题。本文正是在这一背景下提出的一项新课题。 论文内容主要涉及经济学、管理学、科学学、组织行为学、高等教育学等相关学科的理论,主要采用定性与定量相结合、理论与实践相结合、跨学科研究的方法。以知识活动系统全息性理论为基础,围绕大学-企业知识联盟展开了深入地研究。 在分析知识的内涵、特征以及组织知识认知过程的基础上,以知识活动系统全息性理论作为基石,构建了大学-企业知识联盟的理论研究框架,为分析大学-企业知识联盟提供了一个充分的、合理的理论基础,同时也为本文的后续研究树立了规范。 对大学-企业知识联盟的形成动因和组织建构问题进行了探讨。分析了大学-企业知识联盟形成的内外部动因,并从经济学的视角作了进一步地阐释。探讨了大学-企业知识联盟的组织特征和运行机理。运用模糊理论选择了联盟伙伴,将基于伙伴关系的软指标因素考虑进来。针对大学-企业知识联盟是一个双边道德风险模型,借助委托-代理理论选择其组织模式,模式的选择是两者针对具体的信息环境和条件博弈的结果。 从知识活动系统全息性的视角出发,分析了大学-企业知识联盟中知识转移的基础并划分了知识转移的类型,进而探讨了大学-企业知识联盟中知识转移的具体过程,并运用具体案例进行了剖析。从大学和企业两个方面对知识转移的影响因素进行了实证分析,针对实证结果提出了大学-企业知识联盟中知识转移的实现机制。 分析了大学-企业知识联盟协同创新的框架及模型。从知识活动系统的角度界定了大学的核心能力,并从这一视角对大学和企业的核心能力进行了统一地描述。由此剖析了基于知识流的入盟大学和入盟企业核心能力提升的内在机理,并运用具体案例进行了分析。从大学-企业知识联盟协同创新的机制出发,借用Cobb-Douglas生产函数的思想阐释了大学与企业不同知识类型间的知识互补性问题,提出了大学-企业知识联盟协同创新绩效的数理分析模型。 分别从知识产权、关系资本、分配机制和信息网络技术这四个角度阐述了大学-企业知识联盟运行的支撑体系。指出制度支撑、社会文化支撑、利益支撑和技术支撑这几方面相互作用,共同构成了大学-企业知识联盟的运作环境。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of information and globalization, knowledge replaces labor force, and capital becomes the most important resource of strategic significance. More and more enterprises turn to the outside to gain complementary knowledge through establishing knowledge alliance with universities to gain competitive advantage. The cooperation between universities and enterprises is an important way to overcome the barriers between science, education and economy and to promote their close integration. For this reason, the knowledge alliance between university and enterprise has become an important issue in the field of science and education, business and academia. This paper is a new subject under this background. The content of this paper mainly involves the theories of economics, management, science, organizational behavior, higher education and so on. It mainly adopts the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, theory and practice, and interdisciplinary research. On the basis of holographic theory of knowledge activity system, a deep research is carried out around the university-enterprise knowledge alliance. Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of knowledge and the cognitive process of organizational knowledge, based on the holographic theory of knowledge activity system, the theoretical framework of knowledge alliance between university and enterprise is constructed. It provides a sufficient and reasonable theoretical basis for the analysis of university-enterprise knowledge alliance, and it also sets the standard for the further study of this paper. The formation motivation and organizational construction of university-enterprise knowledge alliance are discussed. This paper analyzes the internal and external causes of the formation of university-enterprise knowledge alliance, and further explains it from the perspective of economics. The organizational characteristics and operation mechanism of university-enterprise knowledge alliance are discussed. The alliance partner is selected by fuzzy theory, and the soft index factor based on partnership is taken into account. University-enterprise knowledge alliance is a two-sided moral hazard model. By means of the principal-agent theory, the choice of the organization model is the result of the game of information environment and conditions. From the perspective of holography of knowledge activity system, this paper analyzes the basis of knowledge transfer in university-enterprise knowledge alliance, divides the types of knowledge transfer, and then probes into the specific process of knowledge transfer in university-enterprise knowledge alliance. And use the concrete case to carry on the analysis. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of knowledge transfer from two aspects of university and enterprise, and puts forward the realization mechanism of knowledge transfer in the knowledge alliance between university and enterprise. This paper analyzes the framework and model of collaborative innovation of university-enterprise knowledge alliance. This paper defines the core competence of university from the angle of knowledge activity system, and describes the core competence of university and enterprise from this angle of view. This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of enhancing the core competence of universities and enterprises based on knowledge flow, and analyzes it with specific cases. Based on the cooperative innovation mechanism of the university-enterprise knowledge alliance and the Cobb-Douglas production function, this paper explains the knowledge complementarity between the different knowledge types of the university and the enterprise. The mathematical analysis model of collaborative innovation performance of university-enterprise knowledge alliance is put forward. From the aspects of intellectual property, relational capital, distribution mechanism and information network technology, this paper expounds the supporting system of the operation of university-enterprise knowledge alliance. It is pointed out that institutional support, social and cultural support, interest support and technical support interact together to form the operational environment of the university-enterprise knowledge alliance.
