社会因素对产业生态化实现影响研究

【摘要】： 产业生态化理论诞生于上世纪90年代初,是人类对日益加重的生态环境压力的一种理性回应,经过近20年的发展,已经涉及到经济学、管理学、新材料学等多学科领域,并且在服务于人类生产实践的过程中发挥着日渐重要的作用。对产业生态化理论的研究,过去人们关注的是产业内部的协调和共生,而对产业活动所包含的外在因素鲜有涉及。由于产业的社会性,产业活动中人的创造性和社会关系的复杂性,产业生态化不是一个自然的过程,它的实现必然是外部社会因素与其内部各要素共同作用的结果,甚至某些时候社会因素在产业生态化的实现中是起着决定性作用。也就是说,产业生态化不仅仅是一个产业现象,而更应该被看成一个社会现象。本文首先对产业生态化的基本概念进行了界定,然后将产业生态化的全过程分为产业生态化设计、产业生态化实施和产业生态化实施效果评价三个阶段,并对每一阶段社会因素起作用的具体过程进行详细考量,论证产业生态化的全过程无不渗透着社会因素的巨大作用。在此基础上,分别选取经济、制度、文化环境和社会组织四个变量并详尽分析了每个变量对产业生态化实现的具体影响。最后指出,在产业生态化的实现过程中还应该反对完全的社会决定论,并辩证地看待社会因素对产业生态化实现的影响。社会因素对产业生态化的影响不仅需要理论的审视,更需运用到产业生态化建设的实践中来。经济、行政、组织、思想文化和社会组织每个都是拥有众多因素的社会变量集合,如何充分地利用它们为产业生态化的建设服务,笔者借鉴国内外先进经验提出了一些粗浅的设想。
[Abstract]:The theory of industrial ecology was born in the early 1990s. It is a kind of rational response to the increasing pressure of ecological environment. After nearly 20 years of development, it has been involved in many disciplines such as economics, management, new materials science and so on. And in the service of human production practice in the process of playing an increasingly important role. In the past, people focused on the coordination and symbiosis within the industry, but rarely on the external factors involved in the industrial activities. Because of the sociality of industry, the complexity of human creativity and social relations in industrial activities, the ecologicalization of industry is not a natural process. Its realization must be the result of the joint action of external social factors and its internal elements. Even at some times, social factors play a decisive role in the realization of industrial ecology. In other words, industrial ecology is not only an industrial phenomenon, but also a social phenomenon. This paper first defines the basic concept of industrial ecology, and then divides the whole process of industrial ecology into three stages: industrial ecological design, industrial ecological implementation and industrial ecological implementation effect evaluation. And the specific process of social factors in each stage is considered in detail, and it is demonstrated that the whole process of industrial ecology permeates the huge role of social factors. On this basis, four variables of economy, institution, cultural environment and social organization are selected, and the specific influence of each variable on the realization of industrial ecology is analyzed in detail. Finally, it is pointed out that in the process of the realization of industrial ecology, we should oppose the complete social determinism, and dialectically treat the influence of social factors on the realization of industrial ecologicalization. The influence of social factors on industrial ecology not only needs to be examined theoretically, but also applied to the practice of industrial ecological construction. Each of the economic, administrative, organizational, ideological, cultural and social organizations is a collection of social variables with many factors. How to make full use of them to serve the ecological construction of industry, The author draws lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad and puts forward some tentative ideas.
