邓小平是对的:理解中国经济发展的新阶段

【摘要】：一部分地区先发展起来,带动大部分地区,实现共同发展,邓小平在1985年提出的这一关于中国经济不平衡发展的战略思想至今仍是正确的。从2006年开始,中国经济的增长引擎已经开始向中西部地区转移,故此,即使中国的沿海地区受到了欧美经济危机的严重影响,但中西部地区依然保持了高速增长。"中国经济高速增长时代面临终结"这一断言是有失偏颇的。在地区差异大且多态的发展阶段,依靠"自上而下"地推行产业政策的办法来实行整齐划一的产业升级是难以成功的,应该继续允许和鼓励地方试验和创新。如果存在着"中国模式",那么中国的模式就不止一个。
[Abstract]:Some regions develop first, drive most regions and realize common development. The strategic thought about unbalanced development of Chinese economy put forward by Deng Xiaoping in 1985 is still correct up to now. Since 2006, China's economic growth engine has begun to shift to the central and western regions, so even though China's coastal areas have been seriously affected by the economic crisis in Europe and the United States, the central and western regions have maintained rapid growth. The assertion that China's era of rapid economic growth is coming to an end is biased. In the development stage of regional diversity and polymorphism, it is difficult to implement uniform industrial upgrading by "top-down" industrial policy, and local experiments and innovation should be allowed and encouraged. If there is a Chinese model, then there is more than one.
