自主创新促进经济增长方式转变的理论分析

【摘要】： 转变经济增长方式是许多国家在经济增长受到制约时寻求的解决途径。要保持经济高速稳定的增长,必须使得经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变。在衡量以及影响经济增长方式转变的因素中,自主创新是最重要的一环。然而对于自主创新如何促进经济增长方式转变的理论分析却甚少,现阶段的研究更多的是默认了自主创新可以促进经济增长方式转变,而将重点放在如何加强自主创新能力并促进经济增长方式转变。因此,建立系统的理论框架,深入分析自主创新如何促进经济增长方式转变,具有重要理论和实践意义。本文在解析经济增长方式转变的涵义、路径以及测度经济增长方式转变中,得出自主创新是促进经济增长方式转变的最主要途径,说明自主创新对于经济增长方式转变的重要意义。接着从供给和需求的角度阐述自主创新的作用机理。在供给方面,自主创新提高全要素生产率,提高企业及行业竞争力,促进产业结构优化。在需求方面,自主创新使得消费结构高度化、集约化,使得消费者需求偏好转向绿色化环保化。本文的研究表明,自主创新对于提高发展中国家的国际竞争力和国家自主性以及可持续发展都起到了至关重要的决定作用。因此提高自主创新能力是转变经济增长方式以及保持经济高速稳定增长的关键。
[Abstract]:Changing the mode of economic growth is the solution that many countries seek when economic growth is restricted. In order to maintain rapid and stable economic growth, it is necessary to change the mode of economic growth from extensive to intensive. Independent innovation is the most important part in measuring and influencing the change of economic growth mode. However, there is little theoretical analysis on how independent innovation can promote the transformation of economic growth mode. At this stage, the research on how independent innovation can promote the transformation of economic growth mode is more tacitly accepted. Focus on how to strengthen the ability of independent innovation and promote the transformation of the mode of economic growth. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish a systematic theoretical framework and analyze how independent innovation promotes the transformation of economic growth mode. In analyzing the meaning, path and measure of the transformation of economic growth mode, this paper concludes that independent innovation is the most important way to promote the transformation of economic growth mode. It shows that independent innovation is of great significance to the transformation of economic growth mode. Then from the point of view of supply and demand, the mechanism of independent innovation is expounded. On the supply side, independent innovation improves the total factor productivity, improves the competitiveness of enterprises and industries, and promotes the optimization of industrial structure. On the demand side, independent innovation makes the consumption structure high and intensive, which makes consumer demand preference turn to green and environmental protection. The research in this paper shows that independent innovation plays a crucial role in improving the international competitiveness, national autonomy and sustainable development of developing countries. Therefore, to improve the independent innovation ability is the key to change the mode of economic growth and maintain high-speed and stable economic growth.
