马克思重建个人所有制的再解读——以生产关系的二重性为分析视角

【摘要】：对马克思所有制思想渊源和生产关系二重性的研究表明,马克思把所有制更多的看成是劳动对它的客观条件的关系,所有制的历史变迁正是生产关系二重性的现实体现。生产关系的二重性决定了重建个人所有制既包括生产资料所有制,又包括消费资料所有制。生产资料的个人所有是为了否定资本主义条件下资本对劳动力的剥夺,这是纵向维度上体现在所有制变迁上的生产关系变化规律;消费资料的个人所有则是为了保证个人全面自由的发展,这是从横向维度上评判在特定的生产方式组织形式下生产关系优劣的标准。重建个人所有制是实现劳动者解放的物质基础,是一个长期的、动态的过程。
[Abstract]:The study on the origin of Marx's ownership thought and the duality of production relations shows that Marx regards ownership more as the relationship between labor and its objective conditions, and the historical change of ownership is the realistic embodiment of the duality of production relations. The duality of the relations of production determines that the reconstruction of individual ownership includes both the ownership of means of production and the ownership of consumption means. The personal ownership of the means of production is to negate the deprivation of labor by capital under capitalist conditions, which is the law of change of relations of production embodied in the change of ownership in the vertical dimension. The personal ownership of consumer data is to ensure the overall and free development of the individual, which is the standard of judging the quality of the relations of production under the specific organizational form of production mode from the horizontal dimension. The reconstruction of individual ownership is the material basis for the emancipation of laborers and is a long-term and dynamic process.
