产业集群与区域经济增长之间关系的研究

【摘要】： 经济全球化和区域一体化是当今世界经济的发展趋势,在这一趋势下,产业集群在区域经济发展进程中占据着越来越重要的地位,它不仅提升了地区的产业竞争力,而且对地区经济的发展也产生了重要的影响。 目前关于产业集群的研究在国外已经比较成熟,而在国内对产业集群的研究大多停留在产业集群的定义、条件以及形成机理等方面的研究阶段,关于产业集群与区域经济增长的研究也基本上是通过建立一些数理模型来解释产业集群对经济增长的促进作用。关于产业集群效应的评价以及集群效应与经济增长之间关系的实证研究还是比较少的。 鉴于此,论文首先建立了产业集群的研究框架,提出了基于产业集群的经济增长要素:有形资产:劳动力、资本以及无形资产:区域品牌。并且从规模经济、技术溢出、降低交易成本、提升人力资本和区域品牌这五方面分析了产业集群效应对区域经济的影响机制。其次,在新古典经济增长理论的基础上,推导出基于产业集群的Solow-Swan扩展经济增长模型。通过该模型证明了随着产业集群效应的提高,人均资本和人均产出都会增加。再次,基于产业集群效应对区域经济的影响机制,建立了包含外部规模经济效应、交易成本效应、技术溢出效应、人力资本效应和区域品牌效应这5个方面25个指标的评价体系来量化产业集群效应。同时,利用建立的评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法计算了大连市制造业产业集群效应,结果显示大连市制造业产业集群的集群效应在1997～2007之间虽然在其中几年出现了波动,但总体上呈稳步增长的态势。最后,将计算所得的产业集群效应值与区域经济增长值相结合进行计量分析,通过分析我们发现产业集群最先形成的地方通常是经济发展比较好的地方,而且产业集群的出现对区域经济增长有很大的促进作用。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization and regional integration are the development trend of the world economy nowadays. Under this trend, industrial cluster plays a more and more important role in the process of regional economic development. And the development of regional economy also produced important influence. At present, the research on industrial clusters has been relatively mature in foreign countries, while in China, most of the research on industrial clusters has stayed at the stage of research on the definition, conditions and formation mechanism of industrial clusters. The research on industrial cluster and regional economic growth is based on the establishment of some mathematical models to explain the role of industrial clusters in promoting economic growth. There are few empirical studies on the evaluation of industrial cluster effect and the relationship between cluster effect and economic growth. In view of this, this paper first establishes the research framework of industrial cluster, and puts forward the elements of economic growth based on industrial cluster: tangible assets: labor force, capital and intangible assets: regional brand. It also analyzes the influence mechanism of industrial cluster effect on regional economy from the aspects of scale economy, technology spillover, reducing transaction cost, promoting human capital and regional brand. Secondly, on the basis of neoclassical economic growth theory, Solow-Swan extended economic growth model based on industrial cluster is derived. It is proved by this model that both per capita capital and output will increase with the increase of industrial cluster effect. Thirdly, based on the influence mechanism of industrial cluster effect on regional economy, the paper establishes the external scale economy effect, transaction cost effect and technology spillover effect. Human capital effect and regional brand effect are five aspects of the evaluation system of 25 indicators to quantify the industrial cluster effect. At the same time, using the established evaluation index system and principal component analysis method, the cluster effect of Dalian manufacturing industry cluster is calculated. The results show that the cluster effect of Dalian manufacturing industry cluster fluctuates between 1997 and 2007. But overall the trend of steady growth. Finally, combining the calculated industrial cluster effect value with the regional economic growth value for econometric analysis, we find that the first place where the industrial cluster is formed is usually where the economic development is relatively good. Moreover, the emergence of industrial clusters has a great role in promoting regional economic growth.
