新自由主义积累体制的矛盾与2008年经济—金融危机

【摘要】：自1979年以来,发达资本主义经济进入了所谓新自由主义阶段。1979年至今的资本积累可以看作一个持续的长期衰退阶段。在此过程中,新自由主义积累体制的内在矛盾,通过全球化、金融化、技术革命、资产泡沫和过度消费,不断地得到暂时性"修复",但这些形形色色的"修复"只是为资本积累的基本矛盾创造了新的发展空间,并决定了危机爆发的最终形式。与剩余价值率的增长相伴随的过度投资和过剩产能,作为全球资本积累基本矛盾的表现形式,自1970年代危机以来一直像幽灵一般时隐时现。在未来的地平线上,若无一场大规模的新技术革命甚或帝国主义的战争,发达资本主义经济的确有可能像垄断资本学派所预言的那样,在最近这次危机后步入一段长期停滞的局面。
[Abstract]:Since 1979, the developed capitalist economy has entered the stage of so-called neoliberalism, and the capital accumulation since 1979 can be regarded as a prolonged period of recession. In the process, the inherent contradictions of the neoliberal accumulation system, through globalization, financialization, technological revolution, asset bubbles and excessive consumption, But these kinds of "repairs" only create new development space for the basic contradiction of capital accumulation, and determine the final form of the crisis. The overinvestment and excess capacity associated with the growth of the surplus value rate, as a manifestation of the fundamental contradiction of global capital accumulation, has been looming like a ghost since the crisis of the 1970s. On the horizon of the future, without a massive new technological revolution or even a war of imperialism, the developed capitalist economy could indeed be as predicted by the monopoly capital school. In the wake of the latest crisis, a period of secular stagnation.
