我国农业基础设施供给效率的实证分析——基于SBM和Malmquist的计量解释

【摘要】:基于SBM和M指数分别从DEA单元有效性、投入要素冗余量、M指数效率评价等3个方面对我国各地区2000~2010年农业基础设施供给效率进行实证分析。结果表明,全国各地区农业基础设施供给效率均有较大提高;农业发展滞后区农业基础设施供给效率较低,投入要素冗余百分比较高,而东部经济发达地区农业基础设施供给效率高,投入要素没有冗余或冗余少;各地区农业基础设施供给呈现好的发展势头,但技术效率发展不稳定。
[Abstract]:Based on SBM and M index, the efficiency of agricultural infrastructure supply in China from 2000 to 2010 is analyzed empirically from three aspects: the efficiency of DEA unit, the efficiency of input factor redundancy and the efficiency of M index. The results show that the efficiency of agricultural infrastructure supply has been greatly improved in all regions of the country, and the agricultural infrastructure supply efficiency is low and the percentage of redundant input elements is higher in the areas with lagging agricultural development. The supply efficiency of agricultural infrastructure in the eastern developed regions is high and the input elements are not redundant or redundant. The supply of agricultural infrastructure in each region shows a good development momentum but the technical efficiency development is not stable.
