集体主义对个人创新影响的理论探索

【摘要】：国外有些研究认为,集体主义会阻碍个人创新,但在中日韩等传统集体主义国家的经济发展中,创新的贡献却有目共睹。为分析理论研究与现实矛盾的原因,对集体主义与个人创新的关系进行了探索,主要研究创新需求、领导风格和团队工作3类情景因素的作用。理论分析显示,在明确的外界创新需求、变革型领导和家长式领导、团队工作方式下,集体主义对个人创新有显著的积极作用。这一结论打破了集体主义不利于创新的传统观点,为未来研究提供了理论基础。
[Abstract]:Some studies abroad believe that collectivism will hinder individual innovation, but in the economic development of traditional collectivist countries such as China, Japan and South Korea, the contribution of innovation is obvious to all. In order to analyze the causes of contradiction between theoretical research and reality, this paper explores the relationship between collectivism and individual innovation, and mainly studies the role of three kinds of situational factors: innovation demand, leadership style and team work. Theoretical analysis shows that collectivism has a significant positive effect on individual innovation under clear external innovation needs, transformational leadership and paternalistic leadership, and team work. This conclusion breaks down the traditional view that collectivism is not conducive to innovation and provides a theoretical basis for future research.
