区域创新能力的空间分布与变化趋势

【摘要】：运用塞尔指数和区域基尼系数,发现我国区域创新能力在空间分布上具有明显的集聚特征,尤其是向经济发展水平高的东部地区集聚;运用σ收敛和β收敛,表明我国区域创新能力在变化趋势上总体表现为发散性,尽管东部和中部地区表现为收敛性;还运用多元回归和空间自相关等方法分析这种分布特征与变化趋势的成因,结果显示区域创新能力受经济水平、产业RD投入强度、技术吸收能力、公共科研机构知识溢出水平等因素影响。
[Abstract]:By using the Searle index and the regional Gini coefficient, it is found that the regional innovation ability of our country has obvious agglomeration characteristics in the spatial distribution, especially to the eastern region with high economic development level, using 蟽 convergence and 尾 convergence, The results show that the regional innovation ability of our country shows divergence in general, although the eastern and central regions are convergent, and uses the methods of multiple regression and spatial autocorrelation to analyze the causes of this kind of distribution and change trend. The results show that the regional innovation ability is affected by economic level, RD input intensity, technology absorption capacity, knowledge spillover level of public scientific research institutions and so on.
