熊彼特创新理论复兴的评析

【摘要】：熊彼特的创新理论自从20世纪70年代以来引起了重大的国际反响,被学界称为“熊彼特复兴”,特别是出现了新熊彼特主义的演化经济学。论文首先回顾了熊彼特创新理论的主要思想,并从理论与现实两个层面具体阐释了熊彼特创新理论复兴的时代背景。接着文章从创新与企业家理论、创新与技术长波、创新集群等角度剖析了熊彼特创新理论复兴的学术脉络。然后概括了熊彼特创新理论的特征。最后基于科学范式的视角,评价了熊彼特创新理论复兴的现有图景,分析其局限性,并对熊彼特创新理论的未来研究趋势进行展望,指出当前对熊彼特创新理论复兴的大量研究,已经具备了一定的共同信念,即承认创新的重要性,并以创新为研究核心,在全球范围内形成了一定程度的学术共同体。但这一理论潮流目前尚处于“前科学”时期,并未形成统一的成熟的科学范式,并且预见以创新为核心的研究具有长远的理论潜力。
[Abstract]:Schumpeter's theory of innovation has aroused great international repercussions since the 1970s, and has been called "Schumpeter's revival" by scholars, especially the evolutionary economics of new Schumpeterism. Firstly, the paper reviews the main ideas of Schumpeter's innovation theory, and explains the background of Schumpeter's innovation theory revival from two aspects: theory and reality. Then the paper analyzes the academic context of Schumpeter's innovation theory revival from the perspectives of innovation and entrepreneur theory, innovation and technology long wave, innovation cluster and so on. Then summarizes the characteristics of Schumpeter's innovation theory. Finally, based on the perspective of scientific paradigm, this paper evaluates the existing prospect of Schumpeter's innovation theory renaissance, analyzes its limitations, and looks forward to the future research trend of Schumpeter's innovation theory. It is pointed out that a great deal of research on Schumpeter's innovation theory revival has already possessed a certain common belief, that is, recognizing the importance of innovation, taking innovation as the core of research, forming a certain degree of academic community in the global scope. However, this theoretical trend is still in the period of "pre-science", which has not formed a unified mature scientific paradigm, and foresees that the research with innovation as the core has long-term theoretical potential.
