中国经济发展指标和碳排放指标的统一性分析

【摘要】：本文对我国经济发展指标和碳排放约束指标进行统一性分析检验,在扩展的新古典经济增长模型中引入碳排放约束因素,研究1978—2010年经济发展和碳排放间的数量关系,并得到了实现2020年经济发展指标的最大碳排放量。本文研究发现,经济发展指标和碳排放约束指标具有统一性,即2020年完成人均GDP发展指标的情况下能够实现碳排放约束指标,同样在完成碳排放约束指标情况下也能实现人均GDP发展指标。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and tests the unity of economic development index and carbon emission constraint index in China, introduces carbon emission constraint factors into the extended neoclassical economic growth model, and studies the quantitative relationship between economic development and carbon emissions from 1978 to 2010. And achieved 2020 economic development target of the maximum carbon emissions. In this paper, we find that the economic development index and the carbon emission constraint index have the unity, that is to say, if the per capita GDP development target is completed in 2020, the carbon emission constraint index can be achieved. The per capita GDP development target can also be achieved under the condition of completing the carbon emission constraint index.
